Most of the time they resolve the problem, Friendly and will work with your schedule. However, I do question there decisions. On more than three separate occasions, I was charged for the most expensive solution, later to find the problem still existed and it was a small fix at an 1/8th of what Gregory Automotive charged me. A few examples are: A $70 - $80 valve stem for a slow leak in tire - another 4 days went by and the same tire went flat again in the same time. Had the nail removed - problem solved. Another example, asked to replace headlight. they charged for headlight assembly $70 - $80 when later found out it the assembly did not need to be replaced just the bulb!! Another example: Asked them to fix my a/c and they said everything was fine except dirty filter. They replaced the filter. When I left there I went down the street at auto parts store and bought a can of Freon. Pumped it in there and then I had cold air. I have had good experiences with them but I choose my battles selectively. Another vehicle had a gas leak, spent $300+ to fix the problem that was caused by a critter - Yes I verified! 25 miles later - gas leaking again - I suspect something came loose that was not done correctly to begin with..... Not sure though. Still a little bitter about this so I have not taken the spare vehicle back to them to fix! I will occasionally use them when a last resort, but will investigate and question every decision as I have to build back up the trust that they are not taking advantage of the opportunity. My only other experiences is taking my vehicles to the dealership where it has always been done correctly the first time.

This is the worst possible place you could ever take your vehicle. The owner offered to fix a short in my ac for FREE. I had him pick my car up from work & instead of fixing the short they zip tied my wiring harness up so the ac wouldnt short out. This caused 1 short to become several diff shorts. It shorted out my fuel pump & starter. I had a diff mechanic take my car & attempt to fix it, after a week he finally got the fuel pump working again. Another week goes by with no answers on the starter not working & its deff not the starter itself. After 2 weeks of no vehicle i ask the mechanic to just call my car a defeat & cut our losses. We are both assuming that the fuel pump shorting out caused my anti theft security system to lock up the cars computer due to computer thinking wires had been cut in order to hotwire the car. Since replacing the computer would cost around $500 i didnt want to try it just encase we were wrong. If we had changed computer & it happen to work it would have just been another electrical nightmare waiting to happen, could have never felt comfortable in that car again. End result the car i only had 9 months & paid $5000 for was pretty much a total loss, i sold the engine for $600 so i could have the money to put a down payment on a new vehicle. I would not trust the owner or any mechanic at this garage they WILL screw u over & mess ur ride up. One thing i noticed when i had the car brought back to my house was that 1 of my gold battery terminals had been replaced with a nut & bolt...if thats not crooked then i dont know what is!

Have been taking 3 vehicles to them the past 3 months, one the A/C stoped working after they worked one it, been back 3 tjmes and air still not working, also back three times for belt ptoblem, finally found out they failed to tighten all the bolts in power steering pulley, now power steering leaking again. Second car now has front end wobble and A/C stopped working after they pulled motor to replace motor mount, year latter and still not fixed. Third car left for over three weeks to have radiator repaired, shocks and rear bushings, and exhaust, got car back with trans mission lines leaking and only did exhaust and mount 4 tires, car sat there for over 2 weeks and not touched, parts were in the car. They say bring cars back, but theyve had them more than i have last 2 monthsl

If you read the reviews then you most likely have seen that they wrote on their own Google page. That pretty much sums up this Garage. Horrible service, they will break your car then refuse to fix it, outrageous prices and, Overall quality is terrible. To top it off they are desperate enough to write on their own Google page with an account where the name is the shops name! Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop.

Do not go to this garage. If they are in a bad mood they will damage your car, refuse to fix it, and act like its your fault. Management is condescending. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!
