We were traveling from Michigan for our wedding anniversary trip and on the way our steering got worse and worse. We brought it in and they told us our rack and pinion had to be replaced and it is a long job to do. Still they got two guys right to work on it and got it finished the same day. They saved our trip and were very thankful for all their hard work! Now were off to Tennessee for the rest of our trip and it wouldnt have been possible without these guys! Thank you!

With a daily commute of 100+ miles, wear and tear on my vehicle is to be expected, but vehicle maintenance is difficult to fit in my schedule. Midas was able to get me in fast, work with my schedule, they provided me with a courtesy vehicle, and they were all polite and professional from start to finish. This was my first experience with Midas, and it definitely wont be my last.

I went in to get my brakes checked for free and they check it themselves first and then offer you to see what is good or bad with them, and i love how they let you see it first hand and explain what each part of the brakes shape they are in. Great customer services 100/100 for me. Ill definitely come back to get my brakes fixed.

Went in for a standard oil change and coolant flush. They failed to tighten the nuts on the tires and they came halfway off when I pulled into the street. Limped back and got a free oil change card, no apology from anyone but the guy working the front desk. The mechanics couldnt have looked more annoyed.

Only had them do an oil change so I cant say too much about them, other than they were supposed to rotate the tires but apparently lack the brain power as to how to rotate tires on a dually truck so they refused to touch it...wasnt impressed

As of October 17th of 2016. Anderson Midas is under new ownership and management! Jack Surface is new owner. And he will make sure you are taken care of! Check out Muncie Midas he has owned that for six years. And all great reviews!

Excellent service. My fiances truck had a bad starter and they towed her car to the shop and covered the fee. Then they fixed the starter but it wouldnt start so they replaced the battery for free! They were very kind and very helpful.
