Wow, once upon a time we would trust Meineke with our vehicles... not so much anymore! My husband just went in for an oil change and he was told that he basically needed to get new tires, brakes, complete liquid flush of all his systems, and so on. The Tires are brand new (1500 miles on them, still can see the darn blue marks on them from the factory!), the brakes were put on before the husband took the car off the dealerships lot and they had just completed a full and total service of it when he bought it! Do not go here! Lord love a duck, its all about -- you have this wrong, that wrong, this wrong, when there is NOT A SINGLE THING WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE! Need to go back to the trustworthy and honest management instead of these tools that simply want to sell this and that for everything that doesnt need to be sold.... hurmmm.... wasnt there something very similar to this on Chanel 6 investigates last year possibly? ---- 2013... I am editing my review for this business because now that Jim and James are back and running the business I couldnt be happier! Once more there are honest men who do a great job! Thank you so much for being back Jim and James!

Beyond impressed with the great service we have received from Meineke in Anderson Indiana. Our first experience was in last fall when our daughters car needed exhaust repairs. We had her drop it off, explain the problem and pick it up. She is a student so has little to no experience dealing with this type of thing. we were hesitant but instructed her to have them call us to explain repairs before doing the work. The manager and others there were great! They were respectful of our young daughter. They explained things so that she could understand and also called us to get approval for repairs. She said she didnt feel intimidated and was treated with kindness. So we went back again for service to her brakes today. She/we again received great service! I spoke to the manager and told him of our first great experience and that our daughter feeling comfortable there brought us back. He said he has a daughter of his own and would want that for her also...meike will get all our business going forward!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! My family and I were driving home to Nashville yesterday from a 2 week road trip when our alternator died and left us stranded in the gas station parking lot right off the highway at 4 pm on a Saturday in 93 degree heat. I called Meineke (who were closing in 10 mins) and after diagnosing the issue over the phone they went above and beyond by going to another shop to pick up a new alternator for us and brought it to the gas station where we were stranded and replaced it right there!!!!! They did all this after hours when they could have been home with their own families! They saved us from lots of worries, a tow truck, 2 nights in a hotel, food and an unneeded day off of work. Thank you so much James and Jim, you both were amazing!!!!!!!

I went here for an oil change for the first time a couple years ago. I havent taken my cars anywhere else since. They dont push extra services on you and are completely honest with you if your car needs something. I took our van in with a belt whine and needing an oil change. I figured the belt would need to be replaced. After the oil change, they told me the belt looked fine and just needed to be cleaned off and lubed (which they did at no cost). They could have charged to replace the belt (even though it didnt need it), but they gave me a free fix instead... I couldnt recommend this shop more!

Professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. Veteran friendly. They are knowledgeable and do not price gouge. My father is a mechanic by trade and takes our personal vehicles here when he is too busy to work on them himself. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Friend of mines truck broke down and the man and his son worked all night to get the truck done and it was done properly I recommend anybody that needs any work done take their vehicle to these people they did a great job and I thank them very much

AWESOME customer service! Cannot say enough good things about how quickly they fixed our car and how nice the workers are, they even came and picked us up from the motel we got stuck in after we broke down. DEFINITELY recommend for any repairs.
