I was unprepared when I came through the door. Kimberly that works there was very patient with me. After we sealed the envelope we had to reopen it. I ended up leaving my birth certificate up there and had to call up there and have them put it up. Again Kimberly was amazing! I am very pleased with the customer service there!

I shipped my package a week ago and lost my receipt with the tracking number. Just called this UPS store (talked to Kim) and they tracked down my package, provided me with a tracking number, and contacted the UPS on the receiving end to provide further guidance. Excellent service.

Had a receiver from dish network that had to go back. It came ups but had to go back fed ex. It was laziness on my part for not reading carefully but they boxed it up for me no charge and ten gave me directions to the fed ex store. Awesome people!!!
