Absolutely horrible, from dispatch to the truckers timelyness. Shipment was supposed to be delivered on the 5th, its now the 14th and waiting on it to arrive. They said they called multiple times, which they have not. They were scheduled to be at my home between 10 and 2pm, after calling them at three they stated they were on there way. Its five pm, I called called dispatch again, he was extremely rude and had NO customer service skills, and he told me the same line. I asked for a supervisor or manager and he refused to connect me to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you have the choice. Still waiting....

The package was supposed to be delivered on 05/05/2015. I called on the 9th and was told that someone called me about delivering package but they didnt leave a message. How would I know that they called then? They are closed on the weekend and I would need to call back on 05/11/2015. It will be past due almost a week since expected day. I dont recommend to use this service ever.
