I am truly overwhelmed with Joy and Peace that I could come unto this website and input my information for a shipment that I needed to take care of. Before I contacted World Class Shipping, I googled a few brokers locally and came across one that scared the living lights out of me and pretty much gave me no hope that my shipment missed the deadline. I cried and was afraid that Id get a huge fine. Lo and behold, I get a fast response from a broker via WCS - Russ Steele and He not only encourages me that it will be ok, He guides me, teaches me and thoroughly works through my paper work and gets everything completed step by step in a timely manner. WCS made the entire process seamless. As someone thats rather new to logistics, they went out of their way to help me understand everything. We moved 23 pallets via air and WCS delivered the product much faster than any freight forwarder weve encountered in the past. Their communication sets them apart from the rest, they literally took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. After scouring the web looking for freight forwarders, I took a chance on a company half way across the country, turns out they are the best of the best. They even had a snow storm on the East coast and my contact Manjur called to let me know that there was a good possibility that their office would be closed the following day. I purchased a Back-hoe from a chinease company in March of 2017. After paying for the product, one of two things could have happened. It could have been a great adventure, or a complete disaster. When I mentioned to the import specialist that my shipment was coming from India, his tone changed. Not only was his customer service atrocious, he sounded like a racist. He said I was asking too many questions and hung up on me! When I called back and spoke to another agent, he told me I messed with the wrong person and that would not do business with me. This place needs to be sued for refusing service because of discriminatory practices!.
