This is the ABSOLUTE best place to take your vehicle!!! The prices are more than fair and the manager & guys in the shop are FANTASTIC! I dont usually post reviews, but I truly felt that this was one which was deserved. I want to let everyone know about them! I even went so far as to call the corporate office and speak to the owner of the facility and tell him what an awesome manager and group of guys he has working for them! Poor guy, he asked if I was a friend of the manager! After I laughed for a minute, I explained that no, I was not a friend. I am now a fan of this shop! With that said, let me explain the situation. I had borrowed my parents van to move in and was driving from Athens to Florence when I heard the tell tale sound of metal grating against metal. The brake pads were gone! I was in Rogersville at the time and still had quite a bit of driving to do. So I immediately began to call different shops and dealers. It wasnt safe to drive and I couldnt return the vehicle to my parents like this! I called and spoke with the manager, it was about 4:30 and he asked me questions about the vehicle and asked if I could bring it in the next morning as they had several people waiting already. When I explained the situation, he immediately changed and asked if I would be ok to wait until they could fit me in? He had already given me an estimate over the phone which was considerably cheaper than several other companys. I got to the shop and dutifully waited patiently as the guys worked me in. The manager was very professional, but very personable with every person he spoke with! I am familiar with the car industry and was amazed that he was very prompt and upfront with any and all questions that were asked by various clients. The price quotes he gave was lower than most people in the area. The mechanics worked quickly and were very thorough! I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Especially to a female! We all like to think this doesnt happen, but it does. There are shops out there who take advantage of women who may not know about vehicle maintenance and "up-sale" their services when they arent necessarily needed. This shop didnt do that! They gave me all the facts and explained what was or wasnt needed and gave me INFORMATION and let ME decide. When I asked for an opinion, it was given! I NEVER once felt pressured or insulted. Bottom line? TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! You wont be sorry! I know Im going to be taking mine there for anything it needs from now on!!!

Me and my husband Michael has always went to this place for oil changes and more there are great people there and dnt mind answering any questions or concerns that u may have always fast and friendly always have been better than the rude people at walmart n Muscle Shoals this place is well worth the prices.. Wonderful service. Hands down the nicest people work there. They made me feel safe and well taken care of. In a college town, it is so common for car care places to be sneaky and out for a young girls money. They made everything easy to understand and told me exactly what my money was going towards. Meineke made me feel more at home in my college town. I will never go anywhere else.

My car spent the night at Meineke recently to have a fan replaced because it was overheating. When I got it back, I realized my Ecig was missing from under the drivers seat. About a week later, I started hearing this weird buzzing sound. I thought it sounded electrical. Then my turning signals stopped working. So.. really not happy.

Mechanics were very quick and efficient. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really made this the best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic. Would definitely recommend coming here for all your car care needs.

If you take your car in for a brake job, make them give you a firm price or you could be paying 700 bucks for a brake job. Have not been back and will not go back there.

Terrible experience, I use the 19.99 oil change coupon from them; they trick on me charged me 35 total because Im a teenager who doesnt know a lot about cars.
