Been my "go-to" lock master since 1990. The previous owner was great but these new owners have really upgraded every facet of the business. The location is great, the store is very roomy and very very well kept. Lots of key and lock related items. Some very old and interesting antique safes can be views. The are several employees that are very friendly and helpful. I called on a Saturday and found that the store is closed on weekends but they will do emergency jobs like unlock your auto. These are the folks you want to install heavy duty locks at your home or business. Or fix the fob for Lexus.

I dont normally write reviews but this is bugging me and this is the experience I had dealing with this company. I started to call back and cancel and the only reason I didnt is because the tech got to the location so quick. The tech was really nice, and professional. The boss who answered the phone is a jerk! So if you have already worked 14 hours and had a terrible day on top of locking your keys in the car, call somebody else. Will I ever use them again? No, probably not.

Ive used Security Lock and Key several times for resedential and business needs. They have always been prompt, proficient at their craft, and very courteous. I have no reason to call any other locksmith. And thank you, Josh, for helpng my parents tonight!

Talked to these people today he was the rudest person Ive ever talked to on the phone. Caution--- do not use them for business. Beware! He called me a smart ass because I was asking how much and he said does it matter and he hung up. Bad business ethics.

Charged me twice what I was quoted, and $15 to fix a door handle that was not broken and I had not authorized. When I called to discuss the charges I was treated rudely. He even left me a rude voice message after I hung up the phone.

They were amazing! Came out fast and fixed the lock! They were able to get the key out, where someone broke the key off in the lock! Completely saved the day! It was at 1am as well! I would highly recommend they to anyone!!!!

Nice and friendly staff! The gentleman from up north (Michigan, maybe?) was very polite and helpful in assisting with us needing our vehicles ignition re-keyed! Definitely recommended!
