These guys define customer service and knowledge about their product. Friendly and quick service and explained everything they were doing when I brought an old cylinder in to be replaced and keyed alike. You can tell that they know their stuff and care about their customers. Its funny to say, but I cant wait to have another problem with my locks again so I can come to Ashland Lock again.

These guys are the best in town. Theyre efficient and affordable. I brought in over 90 keys all on different rings, that needed a specific stamp on each one. In one day they had them all made and stamped correctly. Dont go anywhere else if youre looking to get keys made

Really nice place. I duplicated one set of house keys. Every key works well! If they do not work for some reason after duplication, you may go back with your receipt to get assistance. They have guarantee for some type of keys. Reasonable price.

If you have a lock problem these are the guys to go to. Had a small problem getting parts for my locked but gave me several keys for the inconvenience. Dont think youll get service like that at other lock stores.

Keys always work and theyre always nice. The main problem is that they close at 5pm. What about the 85% of people that work til 5pm!! Doesnt make sense. 10am-6pm makes sense.
