The person on the phone who took my order was very courteous and helpful, however the locksmith who showed up left a lot to be desired. First it was 45 degrees outside and he promptly removed the cylinders from the two entry doors to the building, propped the doors wide open and then came into our condo to change the cylinders. I had to go out and close the doors so that the cold air wouldnt continue come into the entire building. When he began working on our inside door locks, he placed the locks on the console table, dropped three screws on the ground (I picked up two of them) and left the sawdust from the screwholes on my console table, When he was done, he got up from my dining table where he was working and left it covered with little cylinders and other remnants of his work and merely said "thats all garbage" took my check and headed for the door. I asked him for a receipt and he told me I had to come out to the truck and he would get me one. Once again, I had to stand out in the cold and wait for him to write the receipt before he left. That was on Thursday, today, I found the third screw to my lock on the floor and put in myself. I guess he didnt feel like looking for it and felt three out of four screws was good enough. I wont recommend this company to anyone because of the sloppy and disrespectful employee they sent to my home.

We were locked out of our condo without keys and had to get in to let out our dogs. We called Amazing and they assisted to let us in immediately! Awesome response time. Did I mention it was 3am? Further we then had our locks re-keyed and had a new handle replaced. Identical to our condo association requirements, they found the exact one, they knew right away it was a commercial grade/particular brand. I would recommend this place for anyone. The service was prompt and professional. Knowledge is excellent and they just know what to do. I have used a few other competitors and they were ok, as it is just a lock and key, however now I will use this location for my next issue and tell all my friends they are "Amazing"!

This guy made our whole day. My car key snapped clean in half in the midst of moving between apartments. I was quoted over $180 by other businesses, who claimed they HAD to come to me (and charge me for the labor, rather than having me come to them). Gerald seemed upbeat on the phone when I explained the situation; he wasnt %100 sure he could fix it without the car, but he was willing to give it a try. His positive personality is what prompted us to visit Amazing Lock Service in the first place, but then when he told us it was only $4.50 to fix my key (remember, I was quoted $180), I could have hugged him. This guy is the best, knows his stuff, and will help you avert a crisis.

I contacted "Amazing Lock Services, Inc" a little over a week ago (first time was the night of 8/14/2012) by both e-mail and later by phone. They have yet to respond either to the e-mail or phone call. I described the issue (opening a 20-25 year old safe, which has some water damage) in the e-mail and in the phone call I mentioned the e-mail. Even if theyre not able to work on an old safe (though the website seems to say they can and do work on safes) they could (at least) reply to one of the e-mail or return my phone call. At this point, Im going to look for another locksmith because they dont seem to be on the ball. I wish I had had an experience with the actual people.

I have used this Locksmith for over a decade, both personally and as the Board President of a 30 unit vintage condo building. They have repaired, placed and / or keyed the locks on 2 different units I own. They have also re-keyed our entire building (something like 100 separate locks) on three occasions - on less than one day of notices. That included creating 45+ sets of new keys for our owners each time. The costs of each of those services was exactly what we were quoted. I wont say they are cheap - but they are professional, speedy and very trustworthy ... which is what I look for in a locksmith.

If you are not using these guys, you are not as smart as you think you are. FAST HELPFUL KNOWLEDGEABLE FAIR I will not go any place else now that I know where these guys are! The customer service here is terrible. We got locked out of our garage and were told someone would be here within the hour to help us. I called back 1.5 hr later when no one had showed up yet and the owner said he no longer wanted to come out and cancelled the job. He was extremely unprofessional.

We needed an emergency lock change on a Sunday. Jake was there less than three hours after I called, charged a reasonable price and even told me that a lock that I thought was junk and should be replaced, was actually not bad at all. Definitely my go-to locksmiths from now on!

When I called to inquire about service, the guy on the phone was extremely rude. He quoted me about $125 for 2 locks. When he asked how I was paying, he asked me "Are you able to afford it because I need to get payed!" Very, very rude!
