I took my Macbook Air to this shop to get my screen replaced on it since it was broken. I was quoted the price for the replacement at the store as I dropped it off, and was given a receipt as to what I would have to pay for it to get fixed. One of the men who works at the store called me the next day and told me that the company who replaces screens for them does not do a very good job of replacing them. He said they are always come back crooked. He said that they could do it for an extra charge of $140. Why would they use someone who doesnt do a good job in the first place?! I believe I was targeted since I am a young woman. My computer was returned in good condition, however, they scammed me and upcharged me for my computer screen replacement service. I would not go back to them again. Very sketchy!

Mr. Perry and his team at Perry Computer Services have, on more than one occasion, gone above and beyond what was required or expected. They are technical experts working with apple computers, and they are also customer-satisfaction driven when it comes to their photo printing services. Among other things,They were sensitive with my data recovery concerns when my computer crashed , and they went out of their way to to help me with large-scale printing requests when my father died in a time-sensitive situation for his funeral. Ive always been treated with dignity and respect there, and I will continue to keep my business local with them. I encourage everyone to see what they are about. Thank you Perry Computer Services for the personal things you have done for me.

I had a problem with my iMac LCD monitor; it looked dirty on the inside of the monitor. My machine was still barely under warranty and Perry Computer Services agreed to replace it quickly for me so Apple would cover the cost. Phillip was my technician and he did a beautiful job. He even took the time to clean my machine while he had it open. Now that is great service! He was knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I am thrilled to have my machine back in perfect order! Thank you Perry Computer Services!!!

I took my macbook there, because it was freezing after 2 or more hours of sleep mode, and they had the computer for three days and they just told me that the computer did not have any problem, that it works perfect with them , and when i went to pick up the computer I turn on the macbook and "voila!" there was the freezing problem, the guy told me that i was the problem because it works fine with them and they suggest me to take it to the apple store @ 280, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Today my macbook pro decided to completely shut down and would not come back on no matter what I did to it. After a visit to the apple store I was told that I would have to wait a day or two for an appointment. So I took it to this place and I was helped immediately. The guy took it to the back for about 10 minutes and when he came back my computer had life again. So thankful.

Perry Computer is a great independent Apple Reseller. They moved to a new location- upstairs in Brookwood Village Mall between Belk and Lenscrafters. They have a back door (go behind the mall- its by the loading dock where Belk adjoins the mall) with a little door bell if you need to drop off or pick up equipment/purchases. Small businesses are great for our community!

These people are miracle workers. Came in from Tuscaloosa after spilling a cup of coffee all over my MacBook Pro and they managed to extract every single piece of information of my fried computer and get it back to me. Very easy to work with, especially under high stress conditions like a broken laptop during finals week.

Took my Macbook Pro in for an issue and was immediately impressed with the on hands service that they provided. They ran diagnostics on the spot and even looked up my warranty and found out it was fully covered. Had my Mac back in 3 days. I would positively recommend them.No lines to wait in either. I took my Mac Pro in after it blue screened on the Windows side. They wiped the OS and reloaded Windows from a disk I provided. Very professional service and their fees are fair. I would suggest going here if you want more personalized service and dont want to deal with the Apple Store at the Summit.
