Took my laptop there it was having issues with crashing, and a hard drive problem, first they said itd take three days, 3 days turned into over a week, (which I wouldnt have minded if they ACTUALLY fixed it) when I finally got my laptop back it looks like all they did was give it a factory reset because i was still having all but one of the same problems when I started it back up when I got home. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I went in to buy a new graphics card for my computer. I do intensive video editing, and when I want to upgrade parts I need to know for sure its the right one for me. Long story short, the Geek assured me a certain graphics card was the one for me. I bought it, took it home, and found out it was actually WEAKER than the one I told them I had. They know nothing.

Went in to get a basic computer part and the slob behind the desk couldnt even turn around. The other person behind the desk was too busy surfing the internet to look out for customers. Went to computers and more right up the road totally happy. Stay away from best buy and geek squad.
