I am a Snowbird who brings his 50" TV with him to Destin for the winter. Somehow, the TV lost its picture. I called VIZIO customer support and they recommended a company to repair the TV. I called them. They wanted $340.00.....period. Didnt matter what the problem was. I decided that there had to be a better solution and there was, RapidFix Repair. I called them and they said that they do work on TVs in their Mary Esther store. I brought the TV in and in just a minute Brian said it was the power board and in less that 5 minutes he had the board ordered and gave me a date that the TV would be repaired. BTW, the part cost was extremely reasonable (I can only imagine what it would have been at Best Buy or some other company). They also told me that the labor charge would be $80.00 no matter how long it took or how little time it took. Sounded fair to me. I loved knowing ahead of time what my exposure would be. They fixed the TV, I picked it up and it was perfect. Unfortunately, the problem was apparently something in my cable box that caused the first problem and it happened again. I called fearing the worst. They couldnt have been more accommodating They said bring it back in, well order a new part etc etc. and get it working for you. They did. I cant mention here how little they charged me but sufficient to say, these guys, Brian and Morrison are interested in taking care of customers and providing exceptional customer service. I would bring anything electronic to them for repair knowing they will be fair. On top of that they carried the TV to my car each time for me. Give them a try

Five months ago I took my laptop in to be looked at. My motherboard possibly fried and i wanted to have it confirmed. We dropped off the laptop and returned about a week later. They didnt know what was wrong and gave me my laptop back. I figured Id purchase a new laptop of the same brand in order to keep my pictures and music. When I opened my old laptop to move my old hard drive into the new one, it was GONE. I thought my laptop was lighter but I was frustrated and in the moment I overlooked it. I returned to rapid fix and asked where the hard drive was. They didnt know. SO in order to make up for this 500gb hard dive going missing, they were willing to give me a 200gb and a 300gb hard drive sitting around the store. I asked who they belonged to, and the tall skinny guy at the counter said they were just sitting around and didnt know. Is it okay to give peoples things away when you dont know who it belongs to? Is it fair to remove a customers equipment from their person when it wasnt an issue without telling them it was missing? HECK NO IT ISNT. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I have personal information, including documents, wedding and family photos, and thousands of songs from Cds that are long gone that have vanished because rapid fix repair didnt know where the hell my 500gb hard drive went. Also the hard drive had to be even with a screw driver because there was a plate over it. They dont just fall out of a laptop. Bottom line: read the fine print of your contracts with this "business" before handing over your equipment. This business acted shady and I deserve an explanation.

Great store and great staff ! After damaging my cell phone for the up-tenth time, I decided to take my phone to the RapidFix Repair shop rather than going through the time consuming (and often expensive) process of obtaining a replacement phone through my service provider. Once at the store, I received prompt help (from Brandon) and an explanation of what could be done to fix the issues I was having with my phone. Needing my phone for business the staff was able to get my phone fixed and back in my hands much sooner than I had expected. Also, the staff was very patient with my phone calls to check on the status. I would definitely recommend this store for phone repair and they will be my go-to option for any more repairs I may need with my phone. Great help, friendly atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff!

Brought a brand new iphone 7 here that had a small crack in the screen. Otherwise the phone was a week old and brand new. The tech destroyed the phone trying to remove the old screen. Chips all along the side where he was prying and everything. The screen that this "company" installed was junk and had dead spots all over it where it wouldnt recognize input. It looked washed out and fuzzy and ultimately died a week later. Do not take any of your electronics to this place. You could do a much better job yourself attempting to fix it then bringing it to these amateurs to destroy. Im out 700 dollars the new phone cost because i was lazy and didnt replace the screen myself and brought it here. Dont make the same mistake i did.

I saw all the good reviews and decided to take my phone here after messing up my lcd while on vacation. Well 4 days later the lcd is completely messing up and fading to black and purple lines. Half the time I cant use my phone. After spending 170$ Im not happy. I called and told them my issue because I live in Louisiana and told them Id give any proof they needed and they wont fix it unless I mail them my phone. Thats a problem being I need my phone for work. Just dont go here. If I wouldve know I wouldve went to apple. Now I have to claim in on insurance and am going to end up paying almost 400$ just because they put a bad screen on my phone...

Brought in a brand new iPhone 7 that had fell less then a foot and had a small crack in the screen. These people mangled my phone trying to get the old screen out taking chips out of the side of the phone apparently trying to pry the old screen off. They then put in a knock off screen that looked terrible and had dead spots on it where it wouldnt respond to input. That screen also failed a week later. I ordered a new screen online and replaced it myself and have had no issues since. Phone looks terrible though with all the chips and marks they put on it. tldr Stay away from this place if you value your electronics.

Visited to have my iPhone 6 screen replaced after I shattered it from a hard impact with the ground... They gave me a quick price & time estimate over the phone. I walked into the store and was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. The phone was fixed and looking great in 45 minutes. Was very pleased especially when this was a cheaper option than my insurance providing a replacement. Decent selection and great prices on phone accessories. I would definitely recommend them and will return if I have any future mishaps.

Went there late after work after trying to get pricing from AT&T store in attempts to fix my I phone 5 S shattered screen. I dont write many reviews so to say but the service, honestly and friendly home town for real dealings start to finish was great. Thanks for all the tips, few other discounted items I picked up as well. Less than 20 minutes I was out the door. Spoke about my personal relationship with JESUS to the service tech and ended up having fellowship as well. Iron sharpens Iron. Amen
