AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Be careful with these people, please take my experience as an advice and save yourself the struggle. I took my laptop to ComputerRocks because it would not turn on, after they did a "diagnostic" it turned out to be motherboard, so agreed on replacing it. I had no idea this was going to be the begging of an ordeal, i wish i would have known better. It took them 2 months to receive the replacement part, which is super easy to find everywhere. I kept going to their location and calling constantly, only to be told that the part had not yet arrived. On one of those occasions, the person at the desk pointed at a package and said, this is actually your motherboard, it just came in. Well, another week passed and i returned to check on the progress. The person again told me, the motherboard just arrived yesterday. Maybe he thought i forgot i was just told that the previous week. Anyways, another week passed and i finally received a call from them, now my battery was apparently bad. Strange thing because it seemed to be working fine before the computer died on me, this person tried to charge me over $100 dollars for $50 dollar battery that does not require any special tools to install, it comes off just like a cell phone battery. After a long discussion and wanting to just get my computer back, i paid $75. Another 2 weeks passed, till i finally received the call that my computer was ready. I took it home and realized that the keyboard was not lighting up, so i brought it. It was working perfectly before. I told the person that i did not want this to take weeks, but of course it did. 2 weeks after i received a call, they were telling me that in order to fix the lights it was going to cost me an extra $75 dollars. I told them that my keyboard was working perfectly before they "fixed" the computer, he told me they was going to do something and call me. Thinking they were going to fix it, i let another week pass. When i finally went to see what was happening with my computer, the person there told me that they did not do anything because i did not agree to the $75 dollar charge. After spending over $400 dollars, waiting over 3 months for something that should have taken a week, they could not make things right by at least giving me my computer back the way it was. It is sad how businesses take advantage of customers. As a business owner myself, if i know we made a mistake, especially a 3 month mistake. The least i can do for my customers, is to make sure they leave happy and wanting to return. At the end, that is where the profit comes, not by trying to make an additional $75 dollar from someone. I ended up just taking my computer form them, with my keyboard not working. Please be very careful, there are so many more places that are better.

Today, I went to Walmart, Bestbuy and other local stores to find a replaced laptop charger. It seems the product on the market is just not what I want, e.g. the one in bestbuy has too many ports, it seems the charger can be used for many devices, it was too complicated. I just need a charger to power my pc, and gets my work done. Finally, I found the one here at computer rocks, Mr. Omar is a nice guy, their customer service is great. It saved me some dollars. I would recommend if you need charger or other computer accessories, it would be good place to shop around. They also have some tech service for various types of pc, mac, etc. Just keep it, in case you need fix your pc, computer, or other mobile devices.

I feel some of these reviews are fake. I went here years ago and was taken for a 9 month ride. Go somewhere else that doesnt respond to a Google review with a long flaming rant. Also be wary of reviews that only have one review in their profile, I understand bad reviews only having one, but only one? Im sensing some b.s. so I decided to leave a one star. Also publishing private stuff that you did for customers on the Internet as a response is unprofessional. Take your lumps and improve, dont be a turd.

Did a bad replacement on my phone . Button jiggles, screen obviously been used, and whenever I call, the sensor bar on the top wont activate and will keep my screen responsive and let it click random buttons during a call. And also had to wait a lengthy amount of time for a replacement chip. Not a place I would recommend.

Had to have my families computers fixed a few times from the kids breaking them or tearing them up. i didnt need any stuff saved so for $80 a pop, it was a deal. fixed all 3 up in 2 days, very satisfied. they even helped me install my printer over remote control when i lost my disc for no extra charge.

I send my iPhone to replace the screen and they give me good price and good service and they do it for me same day because I need my phone and I send my brother to fix his MacBook and they was perfect for apple job because they have very good people working for apple

Not good service. Was told $20 to install a memory chip that I had purchased. Price increased to $100 after they opened it up. I refused and took it home! I will not go back..... Uncomfortable situation. I did not appreciate the way they manhandled my laptop!
