I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STAR, THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STAR, and BE WARE OF THESE GUYS, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING. I went there last month because i dropped my phone to the water, and they said "they will try to clean up for 60$" after a day, i went back there to know what was the result, and they said "they need to replace the whole part of my screen because it was not working at all for $165" and i said "okay" and after two days i went back there to get my phone and it was actually working well, but the my front camera is not working, so they told me that they will gonna order the part of my front camera, and they will gonna call me whenever the part is ready, and they said it will cost me only 25$ on the front camera. After a month, they did not call me, and i just went back there yesterday to ask them if they have the front camera that they were talking about, and they said "YES" so i asked them again how much that gonna cost me, and they said "60$" and i said "yall told me last time its gonna cost me 25$", and they charge me 35$, but they did not fixed it, yet they said that the only way to fix my front cam is to have a new screen AGAIN, and it will gonna cost me 115$, i was kinda upset because i just had a new screen a month ago and they want to change it again? so i said that 115$ is too much, so they put the new screen and after an hour of waiting my front camera is not working, and they said give them 1 more hour to work on it, so i said okay, after 2 hours when i was asking them if they fixed it "they said NO" so i said "okay, just put everything back thats okay and just refund the money that i paid" but they said theyre gonna charge me 30$ because they worked on it, so i was pissed off because theyve never done anything on my phone. And after that, I went to rapid fix repair to ask them if they can fix my front camera, but after they consulted my phone they said there were many parts that was missing on my phone and even the the mother board was not working for touch ID, so i was so upset and frustrated to know that my phone gets worst because of them and they charged me 30$. Worst service ever!!!

Really bad costumer service. Waste of money and time. Took an Iphone for a screen change, when I picked it up the Touch ID sensor on the home button wasnt working properly and the new screen they put on did not fit well because you were able to see the back lights showing on one side of the new screen, I was told that the Touch ID sensor wasnt going to work with a new screen because it all comes in one solid piece but I can come back the next day to talk to the manager, after a little research I went back and when I arrived, the manager conveniently had to take a call and left the stablishment from the back door. Finally told them that I wanted the old Home button back that a new screen hasnt anything to do with the malfunctioning of the Touch ID sensor and still want them to fix the issue with the lights showing off, they didnt. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

BE WARE! We tried to be graceful and take into consideration some of the "issues" the owner said he was having but dealt with one frustration to the next. Was supposed to be a two day wait and ended up taking a week and a half due to : problems with shipping, employee not coming in, not long enough dry time with repair, etc. We had both phones break again!!! One the VERY next day and one a week later. I am back home in WI and need to buy new phone again because the glass fell out and broke. It also happened to my husbands phone. The owner said it wasnt dried right and said he fixed it right but it happened again. DONT GO HERE! We spent $70 per phone and they need replacing again!

We took our phone for a cracked screen repair on a Monday, and they said it would be repaired by Thursday because they had to order a new screen. A week later after no call we found it had not been repaired and the person at the counter said it would be another week. The customer service is horrible, the rude counter person smelled like alcohol. Took the phone to Rapidfix and it was fixed the same day. WASTE OF TIME!! THEY STILL CHARGED US! It was an LG phone, and we are not ex-employees. This owner is a drunk.

Stay away!!! They broke more then they fixed!!! Broke my digitizer then replaced it with cheap one. My screen is patchy!! They left glue on the screen!!! It has air bubbles!!! They dont know what there doing!! As I am typing this review my home button actually makes noise and jiggles!! They are rude, service is bad and just plan ignorant!!!! Now, I actually have to go to small claims court because they are a bunch of cowboys!!!!

Allen did a great job fixing up two computers for me. I would not take my computer or phone to anyone else! Everyone in the shop is easy to talk to and they do great work. If you do not want to be treated like a dummy because you do not know what is wrong with your device, bring it here. You will be treated with respect and youll get your stuff fixed up for a fair price.

They fixed my laptop and S6. I went to rapid repair and they refused to fix my phone because i had purchased an lcd screen from ebay. I already had a new phone but needed to recover my photos from the old one. They recovered. More importantly, they were honest and fair through the whole process. My experience was a good one. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience! Paid a diagnostic fee upon turning in my MacBook and the repairs were covered in that fee. Everything was donme in a day. Also they give a good military discount. Check them out!
