My tech was Zach, he was quick and very helpful, we were able to diagnose my laptops problem. Zach was able to take over my computer and remove the virus without me every leaving the home. It was really neat to see my mouse and screen move with out me doing anything. I will be using support nerds whenever I have a computer problem.

After I was connected to my tech, he remote accessed my computer and took it from there! I was able to leave the computer, go do some chores and come back. My virus was gone and the computer even worked faster afterward.
