I went into Crashmasters with multiple problems and what seemed like a lost cause of a computer. After an extensive and extremely affordable diagnosis of my computers issues, James Saville helped me repair, replace and rebuild My machine back into tip top shape! The staff at Crashmasters is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and the service given is second to none in this city! I highly recommend this business to anyone facing any kind of computer issues, from a simple cleanup, to a rebuild and overhaul of your entire system. Have a question? More then likely they have a answer!! Two thumbs up!!!

dont go here. my power socket on my laptop was broken and they fixed it for me and i was so happy because best buy was going to charge me so much more than what crashmasters was going to charge. but since i took it into them my laptop charges fine but i can no longer use the internet on my laptop and i think they also broke the right click on my mouse trackpad. ive had to pick up my laptop almost 3 times from them and my computer just ended up with problems replacing the original problems

Dropped my iPhone down a mountain while hiking in Arizona. Needless to say, I thought all hope was lost for fixing it. Brought it in, and they completely fixed my phone. It looks and operates like it didnt take a 100 plus foot drop! They out did every expectation I had and gave me an extremely fair price. Ive already scheduled an appointment for them to fix my mac book. Would recommended to EVERYONE! High quality customer service and extremely fair prices!

I had a business computer crash and Joe was quick to respond to my request for service. He first tried to trouble shoot it without having to take the computer. Unfortunately that was not successful as it was more complex. I brought it in, he diagnosed it, repaired it and returned it. Their prices are fair, service was speedy, and he had above and beyond customer service etiquette. I send other people there often.

I brought in my laptop with the parts needed to fix it, and they had it ready for me the next day! They were never irritated with me, and made my laptop a priority (I felt like, anyways) because I had told them about waiting so long at another place. Even when I was dropping off my laptop, another person was there picking up theirs. Their business location is clean and organized, and the staff is beyond friendly!

I brought my computer in to have it cleaned up, they called me a couple days later telling me that the cleanup was done but suggested that I have their advanced cleanup package done to speed it up even more. When i got it home I was more than pleased, my computer was quicker than it ever was before and was squeaky clean inside and out. Made me think I got a whole new computer!!!!

Crashmasters is beyond amazing I contacted them in regards to my iPhone 6s screen not working the LCD was bad and they where able to fix that.
