DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THIS MAN IS THE BIGGEST LIAR IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.Im 65 yrs old and on Social Security, he kept my computer hostage and $175.00 that I paid him up front for a motherboard come to find out I didnt need one. I took it some where else I paid $20.00 that was it . I had to call the Police to get my computer it had been there 3 weeks and I had enough of the LIES. Then the police got my computer but not my money. He told the police he will send it to me when he get it from the vendor (i didnt give it to the vendor ) you must be broke will post again if I dont get my money back. Police say take him to small claims they know you need someones Social Security number to sue. This crook knows this to. I wrote you a check you couldt do the same. I told you it would be a problem well here it is A BIGGGGGGGGG BADDDDDDDDDDD REVIEW LYING AGAIN. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A GROWN MAN ACT LIKE IT All this typing you are doing is just the way you were talking to me. That is why my son came. Have you ever heard of respect your elders?

I brought in my laptop on Jan. 28, and by Feb. 24 they still didnt know when my cable would ship. I called after 2 weeks, and no one had an idea of when it would arrive. They kept telling me it would arrive the next week and the next week. I kept calling back. Finally, I was told it would ship out by April 4 - 3 months later. But that it showed it was in transit and would arrive in a week. I dont know. Who knows if it would ever arrive. I brought it to another place in Muskegon who could get it in 2-5 days. I would not recommend this business to people.

Well where do I start? I dropped off my laptop in multiple pieces and they got it back up and running, they also cleaned it out too. Than my desktop crashed and wouldnt turn on, they had it all figured out in minutes of drop off.

Yeah, flat rate repair pretty much means repair computer up until the cost of $65 and then leave it unfinished. Had to take it somewhere else to get it to run right again.
