If I could leave 10 stars I would! I recently had an external hard drive crash, which led me to believe I had lost ALL of my photos from the past 15 years in some cases.. all of my kids photos, my dog that passed away in October and many family trips and holiday events. I was referred to James by a few photographer friends who have used his services and had nothing but great things to say about James & his work. I put my trust into James to recover these images, and after a LONG 4 day process James was able to recover almost EVERY single image that I thought was gone forever. I did lose a few image folders but nothing that I was worried about anyhow, the most important images were all recovered and I can not begin to say THANK YOU enough. I am so forever grateful for what he has done for me and will definitely use him for any services in the future! He literally saved my life, I was devastated when this drive crashed. To now have all my precious memories back is priceless. BTW... he is honest, his prices are beyond fair and he was so patient and understanding with me when I messaged him a few times to check in on progress. Thanks Again James... A++++++ across the board!

I dont often leave reviews but this place left me amazed. After speaking with James (this guys knows his stuff) he drove to my place of business and picked up my laptop! I couldnt believe it. I never even left work! Within a couple days Excelsior had my laptop up and running again. Just like new. I have never had such a polite and informative service from anywhere. He explained everything in detail, but in a way that I could understand. Im already planning on bringing my daughters MacBook in for a cleanup. (Yes they do Apple products too!) Plus they build computers! One stop shop. Customer for life. I would highly recommend them for any and all computer repair needs.

Always will be my goto computer repair place! Between all the random technology questions and conversations we had where I needed help with something to remotely helping me fix computer problems.. To building my random peiced together oversized computer Tower build. Even when this guy couldnt figure out one of the many problems Ive had with my computers that I brought to him. He will still be my FIRST goto computer repair guy.. Over anyone else. Keep doing the good work! Glad your finally made a business out of something you like doing..

Had James do some work on a laptop last may I believe, he was very professional about all the questions I asked, and even saved me some cash by telling me that what I wanted was more than I actually needed! Instead of just taking my money and doing it, he provided reasons why it wasnt the best idea. After the job was all said and done he had no hesitation to help me out with simple questions, to actually remotely accessing my laptop to help me do something. 10/10 would contact him again for his services

Excellent experience! My laptop is running better than new, and I wasnt even without it for an entire day. Problems are resolved that I didnt even know I had, and James went above and beyond (even offering to pick-up my computer for me). Exceptional customer service and a very fair price. Spoke on the phone, not very professional. Sounded like a weird dude working out of his apartment, I dont trust him. I would not drop your computer off alone. Re: Owner Comment I sure spoke with someone. No, I went to an actual business, somewhere I felt safer at, the man I spoke to was very rude to me. I also mapquested your address and it was clearly residential in a shady area.

Any time I have a question about my computer, tablet, wifi, screwy printer or any of my electronics...James has the answers or points me in the right direction. He assissted me in referring brands for my last computer purchase and needless to say, I am VERY happy. I usually have a question or am getting a recommendation from him weekly. He is always there to help!

We were very disappointed with the repairs completed on our computer. We were told our computer was fixed and when we got it home, the problem persisted. After Excelsior failed to fix the problem, we took our computer to another repair company in the Muskegon and they promptly took care of the problem.

I sent my desktop to Excelsior Repair to have it looked at, it was running slow and had many viruses. James was very respectful, honest, and extremely helpful with explaining the issues the desktop was having and how to keep them from returning. 10/10 will visit for any and all future computer needs!

Absolutely fantastic service. Needed a power port done on my laptop, and since it requires the removal of the keyboard I didnt want to dink with it. Dropped it off, went to dinner and by the time we were paying our check out was done! We wont go to anyone else!
