Was told not to leave the hookups for the xbox 360 after I already had them with the system for repair. I was told it was fixed but when I picked it up no one showed me that it was working. I took it home, hooked it up and it would not turn on. They told me it must have broke again when I hit the power button. Even though it made no noise whatsoever. Then I was told it was a faulty power source. The power source is one of the hookups that they told me NOT to drop off for repair originally. days later I was told they couldnt fix it and NEVER returned my money or my xbox.

I have been working with Imperial to purchase, upgrade, and service my computers at both my home and office. Their prices are fair and many times you find them putting in extra work without even charging! Customer service is much better than those big box stores, and the turn around time is remarkable. The machines I have purchased are very reliable for our business needs, and we will continue to use Imperial as we expand.

We brought our laptop in because it wasnt turning on. It was a dc jack. Other places told us to replace. They fixed for under $100 and had it back in two days.
