After issues with Windows 10 updates crashing my laptop the staff was extremely knowledgeable concerning my situation. After one attempt we had to replace the hard drive and I paid a fraction of the amount Best Buy or any other "computer repair" shop would have charged. I have been using computers since DOS was the platform and would recommend Computer Renaissance to any computer literate individual and even more so for the novice.

Wow, I was blown away by the service. I took my laptop to Best Buy and was told I would probably have to replace it. I then took it here, seeking a second opinion and was told it could be fixed that day. They were fast, effecient, and friendly. I wish I could give more then five stars. If I ever have another problem with my computer, I will certainly be bringing it here again.

I could not be more satisfied with my MacBook Pro hard drive replacement. The guys at computer renaissance installed a new hard drive and were able to recover my damaged old hard drive. I am considering having them install a new battery because I was so happy with the job they did, their prompt communication, and how fast they did the job.

After being turned away by the dummies at Best Buy, this place took great care of me! They were courteous and professional and fixed my problem same day when I walked in :) prices seemed reasonable also. He did not charge me extra for express service, will definitely come back next time I do something stupid to my computer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff was very unknowledgeable of PC parts. Not much on the shelves. Overall not much of a reason to stop by. Did offer lots of repair services but nothing I couldnt do myself without having to worry about a stranger getting touchy feely with my private info on my PC.
