I wish to give Nick Tisdale and his employees a 5 star rating for the work and help they did for me. I was in the advertising business a long time and it is rare that you get such special service. I am retired and had an old G5 Apple computer I bought back in 2002. This was before Apple changed their system to Intel. My old G5 kept bombing and it was obvious that it was too old to fix. They tried several times and got it working for the moment, but it was a doomed endeavor. So, I went to the Apple Store and bought a brand new iMac. They told me at the Apple Store I would have no problems with my old software programs as long as I had the Time Machine. Wrong. First, I took the new iMac back. Then I took my problem back to RepairIT and told them my problem. My solution was to buy a used, but newer than mine, iMac from them. Then they went to work and used my Time Machine info to copy onto an another older computer, and then onto my new purchase. Dont ask me how they truly did it. I dont have a clue. But, when I picked it up, I had all the programs I needed and a working computer as well. I will be forever grateful for their help. I still design book covers on the side and this puts me back in business. Great job Nick! Thanks again. I do recommend them highly. Jim Berry

I dropped my phone on my closed MacBook which completely broke the screen. I took it to an Apple store and they told me it would be close to $900.00 to replace the screen. I have had this laptop for less than 6 months, so I was completely bummed. I stumbled across Thumbtack looking for a cheaper alternative and found Nick at Repair IT. He quoted me before even walking into the store just by asking for my laptop serial number. He then ordered the new screen, and told me he would let me know when it arrived. This past Monday, I stressed to him that I needed it back no later than Wednesday morning for a business trip (at this point, the new screen has not even arrived yet). He told me that once the part arrived he would need 1 hour to complete the work, so the Wednesday turnaround time should not be a problem. Sure enough, I dropped it off Tuesday around 2:30 and was back to pick it up around 4:00 on Tuesday. I was completely shocked when Nick called to tell me it was ready. I could not be more happy about the price, service, and professionalism of this company. I would highly recommend Repair IT to anyone looking for miscellaneous IT repairs and needs.

Woke up one morning to discover the computer would do nothing but show a slightly less black than usual screen. I spend large parts of my life at the computer, so not having it was maddening. Called RepairIT and left a message, which was soon answered even though it was long after regular hours. Took the computer to their office as soon as I could and it was fixed in approximately 5 seconds (downloading an updated app from Microsoft had apparently confused the thing). He offered to not bill me, but I paid for a half hour. After all, he had fixed my computer. The work is worth the payment, not how long it takes.

He completely botched my computer service. I gave him a completely good computer to service. When I got it back, it barely worked. When I called to ask him about it, he hung up on me. So I ended up having to buy a brand new computer. He is a total crook. Also, he changed the name of his company because he was getting scathing reviews. Look up Computers Plus. Same address. Ill bet he posted a lot of the positive reviews for this company.
