I went to this hair salon back in November to get a couple inches of my hair taken off as I had really bad split ends and my normal salon was closed. The lady who did my hair was an older coloured lady (cant remember her name.) and she proceeded to tell me that my hair was just "frizzy, " and that there werent any split ends despite me showing her individual strands that had multiple frays. She told me I didnt need anything more than a trim but she would do it anyways. After getting four inches lopped off I still had split ends and she told me to come back within a month as "your hair grows out a half inch every week, and youll need to come back often. " So, I cannot say much for other stylist there but at least the one I had was very inexperienced and if she was a trainee I was never told this or I would have requested another stylist. (No one was watching over her so I assume this wasnt the case.) So please be careful choosing a stylist before you go here.

I can only describe it as terrible. Its the second time a hairdresser screws up my hair. It was uneven and just bad. Not going back.
