I have gone here a couple times now for hair cuts and noticed the sign for perms. I choose a specific stylist because the manager is a B and the others seem airy. Called today to schedule an appointment for a perm and guess what? Unless you have had a perm previously it is up to the specific owner of the store to decide weather or not to allow new perms and this stores owner does NOT allow perms. They advertise them along with their hair cuts and styling prces, just dont allow them. False F advertising!!! So really, you dont want my business??? Well thats good because you just lost it! I will drive 25miles out of my way to my old stylist in order to get this done, because they value my business.

A big plus is that the employees are attentive and they always make sure to greet each customer walking in. My elderly father was happy with his haircut and highly impressed the hairstylist knew the way he wanted his haircut without asking him.

Their prices are horrible, they charge $35 just to french braid my hair! It is pathetic that they would do that. I do NOT recommend this Great Clips for those reasons I hope you use this feedback and use it and go to another Great Clips.

Came in here to fix a terrible job done at the Libertyville location and they got it done! Without a charge to boot! I still paid the stylist for her time as she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with her work!
