The worst salon ever! They took off a big chunk of hair that made me bald on one side of my head, and then tried to fix their screw up by attempting to take a chunk out of the other side! I am not joking. I got up immediately and did not let them of course. This was not a small bald spot, it was the size of a quarter! Not only did they do this to me, but they demanded that I pay for them ruining my hair. I wrote the owner several times and explained the situation and requested a refund but I never received a response. I will never go back to this place!

My daughter and I went in for a haircut. There was no wait and now I see why...I asked her to trim my daughters hair, you know just the dead ends. When I was finished with my cut, I turn around to notice only a few little snips of hair on the floor around my daughter. The lady claimed thats all she needed. Never in my life would I ever pay for a pathetic excuse of hair cut like that. Theyre lucky they got 5.99 out of me for it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!

Been calling for the past 3 hours. Even called the businesses next door to see if they can go check why there is no answer. After trying to call the other great clips in round lake so they can figure out whats going on... Still calling and then it shoes as "line busy" well "Great" clips how can you keep business going if you cant even answer the phone. I know im tired of calling arent you tired of hearing the line ring?

When I went to the Great Clips in Round Lake Beach the barber I was assigned did not speak a word of English. I clearly explained to her that I only wanted a trim and she did not understand one word of it. After minutes of trying to explain it to her she responded by saying "Ill give you a number six", which was much shorter than the haircut I wanted. A total rip off.

I have been going to Great clips for years. I went to the one mainly in Cary, Amanda cut my hair all the time, she knew me and my hair. Then I moved to Round Lake. I again go to the same lady,my daughter and myself, my husband and son arent picky. I recommend going to the same stulist, they get to know you and. Your hair.

Clearly they dont know what an inch is cause I go in to get my hair TRIMMED and I leave with it cut short and it looks absolutely stupid. I dont think she even listened to me once during the hair cut so thanks now I will be wearing a hat for the next few months til my hair doesnt look stupid anymore.

Wasnt happy overall with my haircut. The girl who cut my hair was in a huge rush for some reason. She didnt offer to show me how she cut in the back to check if it was even. And when I came home I noticed a few things were crooked. This is the second time, go elsewhere.
