This place sucks. I went in to get my bangs cut and the lady only cut a small area in the bangs and didnt even bother to cut it all. Its like she doesnt even have her cosmetology lisence. She had absolutely no idea how to cut bangs correctly and I wouldve been better off just cutting it myself. Do not go here!!!

Theres usually no wait but if you download the Great clips mobile app you can check-in online before you leave your house. The app will give you the wait times as well. You cant make an appointment but you can request specific stylists once you arrive.

Wish I could give zero stars to this place. Most rude n lazy employees. They wont take you in even at 8.30 when they close at 9....never coming back....may be I should completely stop going to great clips and start sport clips.

Always pleasant. I always receive the best service no matter who is there. Usually no wait, but sometimes there is but thats random and never long. Great value. I paid more 20 years ago at barber shop in Arlington Hts.

A place to get your hair cut. Lines are not very long. Hair cutters here do an alright job.
