RUN!!! Do not go to this location!!! Unless you want to end up bald cause someones trying to rush you out.... My husband went to this location first thing in the morning and asked for a very basic mens cut, basically going with the cut he already had just shorter cause it got too long on the ears and neck. The lady that cut his hair faced him away from the mirror and proceeded to cut his hair the way she wanted, buzzed to his scalp around all the sides and his original length on top, just to hurry up and get him out cause her mom showed up early to get her hair done. Her mom proceeded to sit in the station next to them and talked to her daughter the entire time she was working. By the time she turned him around it was too late and it looked so bad he had to ask her to just buzz it all off! So unless you want to walk around bald for a month... RUN!!!!

Went to get a pixie cut and didnt have a great experience. I asked for someone with experience and who is comfortable with that cut. I got Jade and halfway through realized she wasnt too experienced. She had to ask someone else for help and said she "didnt know what she was doing." Thankfully with the help of Sabrina my hair looked decent but I was still unhappy. I also felt rushed out the door by Jade. I went back a few days after and Jenny fixed up my hair. She was helpful and talkative and I loved the suggestions she made. Im really glad the manager and Jenny helped me and fixed up my hair. Im sure Jade is great with longer hair, But not so much with a pixie cut. Regardless I would return to this location!

More a critique of their online system than this specific location. I had a limited window to get a cut, and signed up online, showed up on time, and told the wait was 20-30 minutes. Not the fault of the location, necessarily, but very frustrating.

Used to love this place! But it seems like they have changed all their girls. The last few times Ive gone to get my sons hair cut and my husbands they butchered it. I will not be going back. Such a shame. It was so convenient to go there.

Moved to the area a few months back, I have used great clips in the past. Wow what a difference in salons. Brittany was my stylists. She was friendly, professional and cute. Great hair cut place I would recommend to everyone. Joe

Totally impressed! We took the whole family in for haircuts. We got in quickly. The stylists were dedicated to quality unlike many other haircut places. Even with young children. Been here before and we will be back again!
