I got my hair cut hair last time by a lady I havent had before I had a regular hair dresser I liked at the Bloomingdale and north location but that one has closed forcing me to come here. Anyways I wanted a low fade with finger length on top and this woman completely butchered it and eyeballed it the whole time not even using her fingers as a reference for the top of my hair. I will not be returning to great clips due to this last experience.

Went here a month ago and told the girl with multiple tattoos and no personality that I wanted my layers very short but to leave my hair long, and she grimaced and told me it wouldnt be blended... she talked me out of a haircut that Id been liking for a long time and when she was done you couldnt even tell Id cut my hair .....paid 20$ for nothing went to supercuts and got the exact cut I wanted. no questions asked.

Ive been here twice, and the ladies who have cut my hair did not know how to give a fade. They didnt ask any questions, just cut for 10 min and claimed that I was done. I do not pay 15 dollars for a haircut that I can give myself with a pair of clippers. Theres a reason I only come here in case of emergency, and now I wont even do that because Im so dissatisfied

Its a mixed bag. Sometimes you get people that really cut your hair right, and others just clip and push you away. At least you can come back within a few days or so to get modifications to your existing haircut.

Decently quick, and fairly nice staff. Ive had to wait longer at this location than others and they are nice but dont always smile or make conversation. Their haircuts are great with good prices.

The prettiest latina, Michella, has cut my hair for years here. She is personable and funny and does a great job on my "dew". Her personality/talent even outweighs her flawless looks.
