Other than the thick layer of smoke from all the cigarettes, and the fact that the food voucher was only enough to just pay for something small since it was $10. Kind of sad that you have to pay $5 just to sit inside and eat. Seems a bit much but hey first time in a casino. Id like to say the staff are very friendly and helpful after my experience there. The security Id like to give the praise to mostly. I remember one of their names, it was Nate. Real cool, down to earth guy and he calmed me down. My phone was stolen and instead of the person who had the phone to return to any staff or lost and found kept it for 2 hours. After the phone was never on silent and even if you couldnt hear it there is no way you cant feel the vibration. After them finding the culprit, the wife of the culprit says we were going to far by trying to press charges over a phone and that we needed to stop. She basically was harassing my husband and me and even though we pointed out that her husband had plenty of time to turn in the phone that didnt belong to him says enough. I actually dropped the charges because the man felt sorry and I could see it in his eyes. Yeah I need to keep my stuff closer but still, if it isnt yours dont take it. I found plenty of people who lost their cards in machines and slots and I was nice enough to give it to staff. Its not that hard. Still, Id like to thank the wonderful security for doing their job and I have give move of the ratings to them after all they did. wonderful job fellas.

I live in Mobile, AL which is only 30 miles from ether the casinos in Biloxi , MS or the window creek casino in atmore, al. Tonight I was in my hometown of Montgomery, AL with a friends I hadnt seen in six years. He suggested we go to this gaming hall. This a Saturday after most of the college games hve been played and we along with a few other patrons were at the bar discussing the national championship picture. After two beers and two shots of hennessy, we were told by the bartenders that we were to loud and the manager said to cut us off because we were disturbing other guest. Then when we questioned there accusations, they said we werent cut off we just needed to quiet down. HELLOOOOO! This is a freaking casino with all kinds of noise. We were no louder thank any other college football fan sitting at any other bar in America discussing football. Even though the drinks were free we were tipping three to five bucks per drink or beer. And also it was very unappealing inside and out. Its a real sawdust joint compared to atmore or the real casinos in Biloxi, MS. After we were told this and I looked around and noticed staff starting to gather, I politely reminded the ladies behind the bar we had been tipping and we will just take our business elsewhere. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE AGAIN AND WOULDNT SUGGEST ANYBODY ELSE GO EITHER , ESPECIALLY FOOTBALL FANS ON SATURDAY .

At the suggestion of my sister, we decided to accompany a few friends for a day trip to have a little fun. Well, en route, the party decides to get rooms, no problem. I call, was advised of the rate, told we had a room, gave my credit card number to Tyrek. After he secures my demographic information, he says "Im good to go", and then says "someone took the room." Im confused, you took my credit card, advised me I had a room, now I dont? Not only is that confusing, but thats not how you conduct business with new patrons. I asked for the manager, Amber, she wasnt much help. She did, however, provide ample excuses. When questioned regarding the collection of the credit card information. She advised me "we just added it to your profile. " She didnt try to find us a room, didnt apologize, just stated that "all the rooms were gone ." So is the party of six moving forward, we will simply keep it moving. Lack of customer service is evident with guest relations when securing a room. Take my advice, dont waste your time or money at this property. As promised, I advised Amber I would leave my sentiments for her viewing.

The ultimate rip off and because most of their patrons are minorites, they make it a priority to NOT resolve discrepancies. Both Pamela and Lisa, who are gaming mangers admitted that many of their slot machines are purposefully set to the max bet, which deceives customers who will put their money in thinking that the machines will begin at the minimum bet. As a matter of fact, they have machines that will reset to the minium bet but if you dont carefully look, youll end up losing all of your money in one shot. As representatives of the casino, Lisa and Pam said theyve had many complaints on this, yet they fail to provide continuity with the machines and they fail to provide recourse for customers who fall prey to this scam. I honestly believe this is due to the demographics of their customers. I also noticed some other illegitimate things that you wouldnt see in Vegas, Cherokee or even in Seminole. People can cultivate a good perception, but just know youre playing rushing roulette with this place. Its not what you think it is. In many ways, Its a BIG rip off!!

I go to the casino a lots, have not won in a while but my experience is nice. It helps me to relax when I dont have to think of things going on in my life, I be too busy concentrating on trying to win. It is enjoyable when you just need to get out of the house. Its gambling, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Sometimes the workers are overworked and tire and sometimes some of them can be rude but you dont go to please them. If they are too rude, just report to the manager but I have seen some very rude customers that think they should be treated better than others, we all spend our money there and are all equal. The ones with money spend, lose and say oh well and the ones with little money, lose all they have and say oh well. The only thing I hate about the casino is that I think the poor should be given opportunity to win some of the money that they let the well to do people win sometimes.

I need to update my post!. I called back and spoke with a Manager at Wind Creek Montgomery and explained my situation. The Managers name slips me at the moment but she was very courteous and understood my frustration and went the distance to rectify the situation. Had I just let it go I would have missed out on a great time. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Wind Creek Montgomery and we even won on our favorite slots!. We had a great time and would definitely be going back again. What started out as a horrible experience turned out to be a great memory. By the way, the rooms are extremely luxurious. The bed was comfortable and we were in room 335. My husband paints and is very much into art. The art work on the wall accented the decor perfectly and the ambiance of the whole casino was great. I will be returning and soon.
