Great...except for Jaqueline! 10 women went in for hairstyling for a cousins wedding. We all loved our results except for the mother of the bride. Her hair was styled by the owner, Jaqueline. Jaqueline was not only rude to my aunt, but did not listen to her when she was doing her hair. It turned out horribly. The bride asked for it to be redone, and it was...again horribly with even ruder service. The bride chose not to pay for that one service, siting the fact that her mother didnt get what she wanted TWICE and was subjected the the womans rude comments. The bride did pay and tip well for all other services. No one gave her any problem about not paying for the one horrible experience and we all left for the wedding. The kicker-Jaqueline then called the BRIDE and left her a nasty voicemail message calling her rude, saying she should be ashamed of herself, and that she was going to file a claim on her for non-payment. She received this message right before she walked down the aisle. I dont care what the situation was-YOU DO NOT HASSLE A BRIDE ON HER WEDDING DAY! I urge everyone to find a salon that treats their customers well!

After a terrible make-up experience at Saks Fifth Avenue, I walked into Splash hopeful that I might get the service I was looking for and boy did I find it! I was greeted by the Salon Manager, Anecia who also turned out to be a make-up artist. She was readily available to answer all of my questions and even gave me a FREE make-up application after hearing about my experience at Saks. While I was there, she reassured me that I would leave feeling much better about how I was looking. She quickly introduced me to a stylist named Martha. Martha gave me the most amazing shampoo and scalp massage followed by an even better blowout. Who woulda thought I could find a High End New York Salon in little old Indiana. By the time I left there I felt 100x better about myself and I learned so much about how to do the same look at home. I now practice everyday. It was just so nice to have a group off ppl around me who truly cared about how I felt. I wish more salons carried on this same customer service approach. What a find for me! I will definitely be a long time client!

The salon has a very relaxed atmosphere. Whenever I come in the door, I am always greeted by Chris and Jacqueline. I feel so at home coming here, and after switching salons almost ten times, I am glad I came to splash. Sara Lamb does an amazing job with color, and took me from blonde to the perfect shade of dark brown. Jacqueline almost always gives her opinion on what I should do color wise, and tells me what will be best from me. Every one at the salon is extremely helpful. I recommend getting the kerastase chronologiste treatment, it leaves your hair feeling amazing for weeks! This is one of the few salons I have been to that does not push products at you. And almost every time I leave, I walk out with a new product. This is such a great salon and everyone should try it out!

I set up and appointment and Sarah worked with me. She was awesome. She sat and talked with me first about exactly what I was looking for and we decided not to completely chop off my hair (which I had convinced myself I wanted to do when in reality I did not...) but instead just re-shape it and make it look healthier. She lightened it by about one shade and re-shaped it - cutting off maybe 2 inches total. It looks and feels FANTASTIC! She took so much care of me and didnt rush at all - even though I had a late appointment and we were the last ones left in the store...she took such great care of me and my hair. I now know I have found the only place I will ever go to get my hair done. They are awesome. Plus I will be calling them for my wedding in a year!

Ive been a client of Jacquelines for over 20 years, and almost never does she or her staff disappoint - and if they do, they always listen and fix it. Top-notch stylists, relaxed atmosphere, friendly people all round. Jacqueline in particular is a gifted colorist, and her staff is always striving to do the right thing for the customers hair. They have a number of product lines, but dont "push" the way some shops do. All in all, a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

This was my first time at splash and I had a great experience. Kiem was very good about listening to my concerns and took the time to understand what I want. The service was excellent and the staff is very friendly. I freaked out a little because my hair was cut shorter than I had originally wanted but it looks great. I have been to other top rated salons in Indy but this one is so far my favorite!

Jacqueline is simply the best there is!!! I have tried many top rated salons throughout the years and my cut and color have never looked so good until I started seeing Jacqueline. She always understands my vision and has completely transformed the integrity of my once dry and damaged hair. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgable. You wont regret going to Splash!

Splash is the Best of the best. I had been to so many salons before finding Splash...and my hair was unhealthy from bleaching it so often until I came here! They have taught me the best and easiest way to care for my hair and now its the healthiest its ever been all thanks to the folks at splash. Ill never go elsewhere.

I have never had a worse experience in my life- the owner was absolutely disrespectful to me while in the Salon and she was also very rude to her own employees (in front of clients). I will never step foot in this place again. I would rather never get serviced again then come to this place. Unsatisfied!

Elisha always give me an amazing cut with great color. I am blonde and she really knows how to make me look natural but bright. She is such a joy to be around! I love being in her presence while getting my hair done. The salon is very welcoming and friendly! Great facials and make-up lessons offered too!

I just started going to Splash about 3 months ago to follow my amazing stylist, Elisha! She is so much fun, knows her color and always gives me an amazing cut! The entire staff is so friendly and very welcoming! Elisha is the best! The salon is gorgeous with full spa and very cute boutique!

Very disappointed with my experience. It took an hour and a half for a hair cut. The hair cut was not what I wanted and uneven. I had to cut my own hair to even it up when I got home. On top of that the stylist sat down while cutting my hair. Oh and it cost $50!!!!

The service was fantastic. The designers are polite. They ask lots of questions to get an understanging of what you want your hair to look like. They take their time in order to do the job right and it is worth the money you pay.
