I hadnt heard much about this place, but its close and seemed like a good idea. I called and had to leave a message for someone to call back and schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment with Christina for a few weeks later, and thought everything was fine. When something came up and I needed to reschedule, I called to see what other times would work. Her answering machine said that she would get back to me soon. WRONG! She never called back. I waited a few days, and called and left another message. After a few MORE days, I called again, and spoke with a different stylist, who said she would relay the message. WRONG AGAIN! I called again to ask the manager what she could do for me, and after 4 ATTEMPTS, finally had to leave a message. Apparently these people have enough walk-ins so they dont need appointments. Great for them, Im going somewhere that doesnt LIE about calling back!

I go to Chris and she is wonderful.I have been goingto her for about 8 years. I recommend her hair cuts are great and so are her colors, i get highlights. People often ask me where i go for my hair and Im proud to say Wild Horses

I understand your frustration but it is the Stylist Fault for not returning the phone call. Im sorry u had a bad experience. I went into this salon and I thought it is very nice.

My first trip was HORRIBLE a lady by the name of Rocky cut my hair and it was horrible ... went back to have it fixed and Megan did an AWESOME JOB....
