Pitiful service. I showed up for an appointment and was SENT away without any service. I scheduled an appointed 2 days in advance for a color correction - explained details to the receptionist. I have long hair and desperately wanted a color change due to going to a school and it not being what I wanted. I called that morning to see if they could add a hair cut as well, they said no problem. I arrived and the stylist tells me she was doubled booked and couldnt do the color I wanted (due to the timing) and she actually couldnt really do a cut either. Well, she might have time to cut but couldnt style it-someone else would blow it out. I was amazed. I had an event that I was attending and not only could they NOT do the color change nor could they do the cut and style for my event. When I asked if anyone else (10 other stylist) were there-she said no, they were booked. I left in tears- went to freaking Beauty Brands on 96th street and had it washed and styled- left looking amazing. I actually spoke to a manager where she offered an apology but that didnt fix my hair for that event that night.

Katie was amazing!! It was my first visit and she spent a lot of time discussing and understanding what I wanted done. Ive been in the process of going lighter ((I have very dark brown hair)) and she was able to get it as light as I wanted without compromising the integrity of my hair. I was so impressed w her and her ability to color hair! She was very helpful with showing me the products I needed to maintain the color. I have found my new forever stylist! :) **BTW, the salon is beautiful and everyone I came into contact w was very polite and helpful**

I will never ever visit the salon. The haircut I got was not like I wanted or I should say the one who was giving me the cut was not at all experienced. I think she was a newbie. I was really upset after i saw the cut. Even though I told her to not touch my length and still she cut more than I told her. Very disappointed. I have been to different salons for haircuts but this was the baddest experience I ever had. Couldnt even give a simple layer cut. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ive only been here once, and with one hairstylist(Hilary) and its was a hairtastrophe!! I showed her a picture and said I wanted it exactly like the picture, the finished result looked nothing like the picture, like no correlation. She even looked at the picture several times!! Would not recommend Hilary

I love this salon! Jamie is the best and not only does gorgeous color (that fits with my lifestyle), she also shows me different ways to style it each time I visit. The products are wonderful, and everyone is always so nice. I always look forward to my appointments and feel like its a day at the spa. :)

Went in to get a Spiral perm done and walked in..they asked me if i would like anything to drink...very nice to me...treated me really good..my daughter also had her hair colored at the same time and she enjoyed her experience at Nicole Bryan Salon...Definitely going back for future services...

Great experience today! It was my first time in Nicole Bryan and I was very impressed with my entire visit. Audra cut and styled my hair for the first time and I couldnt be happier. Four inches gone and my hair looks and feels great!!! She has a new client for life!

The stylists are very sweet and do a great job! I havent heard anyone walking out of Nicole Bryan mad about their new hair cut or color! I love Dakota who has been cutting my hair for over a year now. She is super sweet and friendly and fantastic colorist!
