So my stepmother came in for a balayage and they seriously murdered her hair. This was her first time ever getting her hair touched and the girl traumatised her. Basically it looks like the girl quickly slapped on 40 volume bleach on her hair in every which way and didnt blend it out so it just left demarcation lines all over the place. Its brassy and yellow and just so light compared to her natural. It was a super amateur mistake made by a rushed hair stylist who was there alone. She is just so upset by this craziness and the pictures dont even show how horrible it really is. I would not recommend this Ulta because they kept denying her a refund and they were just trying to make her let them fix it when this is the 2nd negative experience weve had there in one month. Every other Ulta does and good on them. She is just so nice and doesnt want to hurt their feelings at all so I kinda had to stay firm and keep saying she just wants her money back for anything to happen. I understand they wanted to fix it and that is super sweet but we just cant deal with the possibility of another bad experience this month.

I have been an Ulta Platinum member for years. I am a very good Ulta customer. However, every time I step foot in this store, I regret it! I have shopped at Ulta stores in Plainfield, Castleton, and in many other states and never left feeling disappointed and frankly insulted by the level of service. This store is completely lacking customer service. The ladies working the floor stand around talking and not helping customers. The lead cashier checking customers out was flat out rude! Ulta needs to train these associates better! I will take my business across the street to Sephora since they are always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist customers.

The salon people were not the greatest dont go here. I was there 4-5 hours for a cut and color and they didnt style it at all. The stylist took another appt too to style a walk in all while I was sitting in the chair. They didnt rinse all the color out of my hair either. First time and last time going here. I called the salon and it took the Manager 4 days to call me back.. Dislike dont waste your time. The store clerks dont help much either.

Ive been here twice now and both times a horrible experience. The first time no one would help me and this last time I tried to ask questions about product and none of the employees knew answers to my questions. Why dont they know anything about your own ulta brand product. That is ridiculous. I was trying to decide between too faced and ulta but no one could answer about ulta product. I will just go back to sephora.

Never in a million years will I return to a place as horrible as this. Returning something unopened and sealed for 16cents that you will turn around and sell to the public for its original price of $25.00 is disgusting and a slap in the face to your customers. Especially when they are returning an item for something more expensive in your store. I dont know anyone who shops in this place and I hope I never do.

Its Ulta. Some of the sales people will treat you nicely whereas others will give you the once over and not even acknowledge some people. The last time I was in the store it was quite messy in some areas (very unorganized). I was also shocked to see the lack of Ulta brand products too because so many were put of stock. I ended up placing an order online since the store did not have what I wanted.

I take myself and 2 girls to see Eddie! He does an AMAZING job. We are very picky about our hair, but we have never been more happy with our hair since we met Eddie. Definitely recommend this place. All the staff is very friendly.

Eddie does a great job on my hair. Store always looks great, and the staff is always friendly. I wish they had a larger mens section like other Ultas (they dont have trimmers at this one) but I can still get the essentials.

Took my son here. Liz was amazing. She was so nice and patient. She took a lot of time to make sure his hair was just right. She was funny and made us feel so welcome. We will defiantly be back to see Liz!
