I have been a customer with Urban Euphoria for the past several years. Over the course of those years, I have had to reschedule or cancel a handful of appointments. I received my appointment reminder call a few days ago and the receptionist informed me that since I had apparently had been marked as "having rescheduled appoinments with less than 24 hours notice" that they would have to charge my credit card for future missed appointments. I informed them that since I have not authorized them to charge my card that they would be BREAKING THE LAW. I had an appointment today. The receptionist turned me away for being 5 minutes late! I have had to wait for my appointments before and never complained. This is a salon not a doctors office. Most doctors arent even that pompus. One would think, in tough economic times, the spa industry would be interested in retaining their loyal clients, not losing them to 5 minutes. Apparently, clients must arrive on time and be willing to wait. I would not go to Urban Euphoria if you paid me to. If you want a good massage, try Foot Fitness on 135 in the Four Seasons Restaurant Plaza. They offer wonderful massages at $20 per hour.

I went in to have my makeup and hair done for prom. Both the stylists were very nice but neither provided what I asked for. For my hair I asked for a simple half up half down curled. The end product left me with a more than 1/2 up into nappy spirals and just the hair above my neck down. It looked like a mullet. For my makeup I asked for a smokey eye and a dark lip. My "smokey eye" turned out to be a grey eyes how with minimal eyeliner and not blended. My lip was bright purple and powder was placed on my back and shoulders since I had a strapless dress but the color did not match my skin. After leaving the salon having paid $150 for something that didnt look right, I had to brush off the makeup on my neck and shoulder because it looked purple. I kept what was left down of my hair to the side because there was so little and looked so bad. Never again. Waste of money for something that was simple.

Walking into the salon gave an "urban" feeling with all of the products on display. Hair, nail, and make-up products were all available for purchase. The receptionist was friendly and greeted me right away. I was offered a drink and chose red wine, that was sweet, chilled, and delicious. I only had to wait five minutes for my stylist to call my name. She shook my hand and gave me a tour of the salon (since it was my first time being there). I got my hair colored and cut, and she gave me exactly what I wanted! I recommend Jessica! She explained all of the products and how they are eco-friendly and use milk extract, so my hair is super soft! She massaged my scalp with the conditioner. We talked the entire time, and she gave me a complimentary sample of the conditioner and gloss! I also had my eyebrows waxed, and they turned out perfectly! A 5-Star experience!

Doesnt allow kids???? Come on!!!!!! Ive gone here many times over the years for spa and hair services. Service is usually decent but the last time I booked (and I was taking an appointment someone CANCELLED btw) I mentioned I had my son with me and was informed they dont allow children but would make an exception THIS TIME. Are you joking? We live in Indiana not New York. My baby was well behaved and the service was ok but I should not have to get an exception to get my hair done. I dont get to do much for myself and shouldnt have to worry about being told no if my INFANT son is content. I find it funny that they put no pets on the door but only verbalize this ridiculous policy to mothers. Too bad....dont plan on returning.

I won a gift card to this spa and salon and it was my first spa experience and it was wonderful. Everyone was really nice to me from beginning to end. My services were done by Sarah and she was great! She gave me the best hair cut and style that I have ever had and I was so pleased. I also had a pedicure/hand treatment and it was so relaxing and the salon set up i.e colors, decorations really made the whole atmosphere relaxing. I was so impressed that I already set up my next hair appointment with them! I would highly recommend this spa!

I go to Sara S. , she is very nice and spunky. The atmosphere is great, the color station is a rectangle table and comfy chairs with other customers getting their hair colored and it feels like a day out with the girls and youre meeting new people. The shampoo station is great, very comfortable. It is a little more pricey than what Ive had to pay in the past, but I save up for it and have a wonderful experience.

The salon was not bad but I experienced horrible customer service. I booked an appointment 3 months in advance so that I would get my hair styled and colored for Christmas. They call the night before my appointment to tell me my stylist no longer works there and they are canceling my appt. What I couldnt of got a courtesy call the week she left so I would have enough time to reschedule.

I have been going to Andrea for years and absolutely love the way she cuts and colors my hair. I always let her try new things on me and have never been disappointed. I have very fine/thin hair and she knows the best way to maximize my volume. Ive also had pedicures and facials there and Blythe is great too!

Great service - just had my first facial there yesterday. The overall experience was awesome. The staff was very knowledgeable about all the products being used. My husband and I also go here for couples massages and they re fantastic. Relaxing and friendly environment. They truly care about you as a customer.

I have an appt coming up and am looking forward to it. I was looking at the reviews and saw they dont allow kids! THANK GOD. Who in their right mind would bring kids to a place where you are supposed to be able to relax? I dont care how well mannered they are. find a babysitter. DUH!

I have been going to Urban Euphoria for more than a year and I cant imagine getting any better service anywhere else. The reception people are great and Blythe is best there can be for massage & facial. Anyone looking tor a good place to go "Try It - You Will Like It".

Just got back from my first time there, I loved it! My stylist was fantastic! I got my hair thinned, my bangs styled, and my hair layered. I never knew my hair could look so wonderful!
