The first time I went to this location, I was amazed. I had a massage, facial and a trim. The Massage and Facial was AMAZING. The trim was supposed to be a cut but the girl was affraid to cut my hair. That was fine, better her be honest, than screw up. Today (a few months later) I return for an actual haircut. I even showed them a picture of Paula Deen explaining that THAT was the "long layer" that I wanted. My hair WAS 16 inches long. My hair is NOW 3 inches long all over, UNEVEN, and COMPLETELY NOT what I ASKED FOR. I can not even put it in a ponytail to hide how bad it is. I so angry that I am BESIDE MYSELF!! I will have to wear a hat for months because of the stupid child that ruined my hair. I do not understand how she came to the conclusion that what she put on my head was what I showed her. She should be FIRED! There is no nice way to put it. She absolutely should not EVER touch anyones head, ever again. I will never return to Transformations and I will absolutely never again advise that anyone else go there either. AND I will be telling everyone that I had told to go, that I am sorry and to NOT go for fear that they will do to them or their wives what they did to me. Do not trust Transformations Salon with your hair.

My first experience with Transformations was exceptional. From my stylist Kristina, to Hannah who answered the phone, as well as everyone when I walked in the door. Kristina is absolutely amazing, she took a tremendously bad hair cut and transformed me her very first time. I look years younger and better yet, was able to style myself the very next day (never able to do that... usually takes a week before can style my hair). She was the first and only one here in Indiana, since we moved back from Albuquerque, that has ever been able to style my hair in the salon and I have LOVED it...... My husband even told me yesterday when I woke up that my hair looked good just waking up, NO bed head !!!!!! Everyone needs check out Transformations Salon and Day Spa. When you do, you will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!

I have been going to Transformations Salon and Spa for 5 years. I have never been unhappy with any cut, style, coloring, tinting, trimming of my hair. They have always been very professional and yet very friendly as well.They listened carefully to what I wanted and showed me how to achieve the style I was looking for with my type of hair. I have also had a Swedish massage there, my husband had a Deep Tissue massage as well--both of us were very pleased with the results. Finally, the manicures and pedicures have been done cleanly and professionally. I have to say my overall experience has been very good there and I would recommend anyone take part of their salon/spa services!

Fabulous salon and spa, I would highly recommend it. I searched online for a place near me that offered the Hydrafacial treatment that I had experienced in California. Drove up from Bloomington and appreciated not needing to go to the north side of Indy. Although the location is a bit downscale the operation is very upscale as well as welcoming and friendly. Hydrafacial is the best, brightens and smooths, no irritation well worth the cost, especially at Indian vs. California pricing. I arrived early and was given a tour of the facility and they graciously accommodated my desire for an unscheduled trim. I will be a repeat customer.

A very nice relaxing experience began when I walked thru the door with calming music & smiling people. I had an invigorating chair massage during my pedicure. Even the wash chair had massage! Deep massaging shampoo. Awesome cut & style. I didnt have a picture, but she really listened to what I wanted & created a very flattering style that will be easy for me for recreate at home! I finished up my mini spa day with a 10-minute chair massage by one of their skilled massage therapists. Transformations is a little oasis right here on the southside of Indy!!

Some time last summer my friend and I visited transformations, we felt rushed and it was very expensive, but after sharing my concerns with transformations they went above and beyond to make it right! My friend that went with me last year is now getting married so we went to get the spa mani-pedi right before the wedding and we were treated like royalty, everyone was so friendly and great even with the anxious bride :). We will def. be coming back for a girls retreat. Thank you Transformations!!!!

I have been to Transformations twice and both were for nail services. I have worked with Ana both times. She is absolutely fantastic! Not only does she take her time, but she is just a nice person to talk to! I find myself much more entertained by our conversation versus having my nose in my phone. My pedicures and manicure looked great and I didnt feel rushed out the door to get the next client in. All staff are friendly and welcoming. I would love to try the other services they have available!

Ive had many facials, massages, and manicures/pedicures at Transformations, and honestly, everyone does a great job. My stylist is always on time and happy (upbeat) when she greets me. She takes time to find out what is or is not working with my hair before starting. She uses scissors with a little razor, a good balance. (I requested scissors because I dont like all razor cuts.) Im very happy with my cut and color. Everyone is doing a great job!

Professional, yet personable staff. Excellent stylist. High class salon with reasonable prices. My hair looks wonderful every time I walk out of there, and the cut is so well done that it stays looking good until I am ready for the next cut. These are well trained stylists who listen to the client and want to know what works and does not work and what your really want, not what they want.

If you need a massage .....this is the place to go! Ryan is absolutely excellent! He is very professional. I have to take my kids with me and he has never made me feel like that was a problem. I have fibromyalgia and he is very careful, but uses just the right amount of pressure to loosen the muscles without leaving me in pain. I will NEVER go anywhere else again!

I enjoy the relaxing Christian atmosphere at Transformations. ALL the employees treat you like a queen and make you feel special. Ngun, my stylist is professional, takes time to explain things, offers suggestions, and makes sure I am 100% satisfied with her service. My only regret is that I waited too long to try this salon!
