Stylists spent the whole time conversing with each other while cutting clients hair. Stylist paid little attention and misunderstood my request, cutting hair very short. Staff was nice but unhelpful, insisting I provide a solution to the problem and proposing none of her own. Conversations with the owner were surprisingly unprofessional. The owner insisted I was a liar, referencing video of the appointment that she refused to show me. She contradicted her version of the story, changing it to continue to insist that I was lying and refused to provide a refund. I was as polite as I could be even through interruptions and accusations. Will never bring my business here again and recommend that no one else does, either. Overpriced, as well.

The spa is very big and set up beautifully. But the staff does not know what they are doing. I received the worst pink and white nails of my life. She cut me 5 times and still charged me full price. I Just wanted to leave so I had to go somewhere else to get them redone. I told her in detail and specifics about how I liked my nails and she still did them her way. Before that I have some waxing scheduled. I thought she did a good job until I got home and saw how much hair she missed on my legs and under arms; and she did not shape my eyebrows at all. I would never go here again. They need more experienced staff who listens to their customers.

Monday, I walked into Studio 135 to set appointment for Wednesday. The staff is extremely friendly and polite, I explained to them what I was looking for and they set me up for a 90 minute massage with Julia and a facial with Kortney. When I arrived today I had migraine and felt tense all over. However, after my massage I almost feel asleep waiting for my facial in the relaxation room. Once, my facial was finished I was so relaxed I did not want to get up. Today, was my first visit but will not be my last. After my experience today, I feel as if I have had a mini vacation.

I made an appointment over a week ago with Cinda for a pedicure. Apparently, making appointments with Studio 135 is not anything binding. When I arrived, I was told they had me down on a different day. Did not really seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me. I ended up walking out, I called to talk to the Owner, but instead got Nicole, Salon Manager. She defended their incompetence and tried to shift the blame of my being upset on me. I will never go back there or recommend it to anyone. Nancy

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The girls are so young and inexperienced. Twice i had bad experiences there with my hair. They need to review what kind of work these girls do before giving them a spot at their salon. I asked for a refund because i WILL NOT EVER get my hair done there again. And a good rule of thumb, if the stylist who will be doing your hair, has bad hair herself, WALK AWAY!!!

Every time I get my hair colored and styled or waxing done it is a wonderful and relaxing experience. Pam does an amazing job with hair! Kourtney does a great job with waxing. They have so many wonderful hair and skin products to purchase in store also.

Front desk staff was amazingly helpful, them my massage was probably the best ever. Jess was very detail oriented, remembered everything I told her. I NEVER write reviews but she was better than my massage therapist had in Europe! I was shocked!
