If you expect good service and refunds from this salon, think once again. I have only been to this salon once, and my first experience proved to be the last. I went there to get a Brazilian Wax, which I had gotten many times before at Dougs 2 (excellent service!) I arrived there a few minutes early before my appointment time, and I was taken back by a girl name Brittany. She left the tiny compact room for me to undress. The table was hard and I was to lay on top of a thin piece of paper, for example like at a doctors visit. Brittany waxed me using the paper pulling method.. worst of all! She had suggested that I lay in a position that is unprofessional ...doggy-style. During and after the wax she put several creams on me which came out to be sticky. When she was finished she didnt offer to leave the room for me to get dressed and inspect her work. Upon leaving I paid the ridiculous amount and left. When I got home and looked at the area, I realized she had bruised me on the side of both of my legs and had left hair everywhere. I was very disappointed. I called the salon to speak with Brittany and explained the situation and asked to receive a refund. She assured me that it wouldnt be an issue. She told me to hold while she got her manager.The store owner told me differently, she explained to me that I could not receive a refund because I left the salon "happy". I was also told that it was against "their policy" and against the law for a cosmetology salon to give refunds. False! Not against the law. Just like any other company they have to give refunds. So I never got the refund, and dealt with horrible stickiness for a few days after. I will never return to Phoenix Salon n Spa again. They proved to have horrible customer service and did not seem to care for their clients wants.... be warned.

The WORST experience Ive ever had. From the minute I walked in the door I should have walked back out. I was never greeted bc 2 staff members were arguing about some computer overbooking issue and a staff member calling in. Then, my facial was the absolute worst. It was being completed by an Oriental girl, and she kept walking in and out of room to answering phone calls. Even during the facial I could hear the buzzing throughout from her texting. Finally, when I went to pay, I was charged more than quoted ( I was quoted $112). By this time, I was ready to just leave. I called the manager regarding this and she was no better than the staff members, very rude and unprofessional. She even had the audacity to blame me for her staff members behavior. I hope she enjoys the $150 I overspent for a facial and massage bc I will never go to this spa again.

My husband has purchased gift cards from this salon going on 4 yrs in a row now. The only thing this place has going for it is the massage therapists. The Customer Service is not where it needs to be and they are not concerned about there clients needs.. There prices are not worth the money for the service you recieve. I have called days ahead to set up appointments and an hour before received a call that they had to move me to another day due to walk ins. My massage therapist (a sub not my norm therapist) didnt even show up for my appointment..howvever they did pick up that bill when I did get my massage. They definetly lost a good..money spending customer!

Went there yesterday which was 07/10/13 for a couples massage for my bf birthday. It was both of our first time ever getting a professional massage. It was Awesome. We had a guy and girl therapist, Terry and Sherry. They both were great. We even had lunch served to us there, which was ordered from Steak out!! Great experience definitely will do it again. The massage was $45 per person and it was worth the money!!

Went to Phoenix for the 1st time today. I had an hour massage with Kerry. It was WONDERFUL! I went in with hip pain and 7 hours later I still feel GREAT!! He was very Professional and knew exactly how to work out my stress and pain. Nicole did my nails and was very nice and personable! She did an AWESOME job! I will definitely be back!! Great Service and welcoming place! I recommend this salon Highly!!

I love this place. As soon as you walk in the smell is amazing! You see chatty customers and smiles. The boutique is one of a kind. If you are looking for a different kind of gift then check it out. While your there, tell my wonderful stylist Doris Kelley hello, and Ill see her again soon.

I am glad to know that montgomery has a place like this! :) everyone was great and everyone tried their best to make me happy (and it worked) When Im in montgomery again i will be back to visit them no matter what! :D I was wanting a new look and Linda did a fabulous job.

We did a couples massage for Valentines Day and I loved my experience there. They make you very comfortable and the full body massage was amazing! I felt like a new person when I left. We had a male and female therapist but I cant recall their names.

I have going to Phoenix Since I was 10 years old and Im now 33. I only trust the staff and stylist at Phoenix. The owner and stylist, Linda is the "yoda" of hair.
