Worst hair salon, Ive ever been to. No one made me feel welcome, no one was friendly, unless youre their known client, it seamed. I whent in, for highlights all over and to lighten the whole bottom of my hair and came out with disaster. Some of the highlights look like bleach fell on a black shirt and the botom part of my hair still has the same low lights I had before, the whole bottom did not get lighten at all. I didnt even want her to dry my hair, I had to leave before I cried. Waste of time, money and just got my hair damaged some more.wish I could post a picture of the wrong doing..no star place :(

I really like their salon its pretty, clean, and very friendly. I have been going to the same girl for many years now and i followed her when she started at sugar salon. One thing i dont like are their hours. They are retail they should be open every day! Its hard getting an appointment with my schdule and the fact that they seem to NEVER answer their phone! They have no answer machine with their hours and other information on it. There hours are so weird i never know if their not answering because their not open or something else. They really need to make some improvments!

Had a great first hair cut with Johana! New to the area so Im grateful to have found a hair salon near my house and one which is affordable!! I appreciate the pricing so much! Everywhere else I looked was overpriced. The shop had a great atmosphere and it was busy with a diverse clientele. Jo was so nice and did a great job on my hair even though I was not very specific. Relieved to have found a great salon!!

So Im giving them a 1 star since a zero star isnt an option. Everyone that was working was incredibly rude. Extremely over priced and I had to go get my hair fixed at another salon. They chemically BURNED my hair and scalp and still made me pay for it. Never visiting again. Im so glad great clips opened by them. Maybe theyll go out of business

All the ladies at Sugar Salon are great hair stylists! They appreciate their customers and treat them like family. I have been going to Tara for many years now. She never fails to cut and style my hair perfectly and she is always professional.
