As a follow up: After posting the review belowI was contacted by Fuller. They apologized for the not meeting my expectations and credited my account for the unpaid balance, and reimbursed me for the amount I paid the other company. It was pleasantly surprised and must say that they are good folks to do business with. I will reconsider using them the next time I need service. I own a home in Tuscumbia but live out of town. We were having trouble with our AC unit. I called Fuller and asked that they come take a look at it and let me know when they came by, what they found, and what they did. I did not hear from them so I called them and was told they fixed the problem. Two weeks late the system quit cooling again. I called them again, same thing. No communication. Two weeks later the system failed again. This went all summer, over and over. I called a manager to let them know that no one was calling me to let me know what was going on , I just kept getting bills, but no one would call me to let me know what they had done or when they had been there. I told him that I really would like to be told what was going on. He was extremely rude and said “Well we fixed didn’t we? What else can I help you with?” Two weeks later, and after over a thousand dollars in charges, the system quick working again. I called them again and was told that the line set would need to be replaced for tremendous cost estimate, and was told they would not guarantee the work. I called another company, they came out, found a leaking valve and replaced it. Problem solved.

UPDATE: After posting this review, we were immediately contacted by Mr. Fuller who stated he was not aware of the situation, and will send a crew to finish the job as soon as possible. Were pleased with the quality of work and grateful for Mr. Fullers quick response! - - - - - - - - - - - After our bathroom flooded, we called Fuller to have our sewer line snaked. They were prompt in arriving, however, snaking did not solve the problem. After some investigating, we were informed that our sewer line was busted and needed to be replaced. They replaced the sewer and water lines, which was a costly job as they had to cut through the road (the water main was on the other side). The replacing of the lines was done in a timely manner, however, the workers packed up and left without telling us if they were done, and there was a pile of dirt and gravel left in our yard. After a few days we called, and they said they had to wait for the ground to settle before completely filling in the hole. It was a dry summer, so that didnt help. We called a couple weeks later, and they said because of the dryness to allow about a month. The problem is, a good portion of that dirt is not from our yard, but from the road which they dug up and then filled in with gravel, so the excess dirt still needs to be removed.

UPDATE: After posting my review, I was contacted by Fuller. The woman who contacted me was very polite and apologized for not meeting expectations and waved all charges. I will definitely reconsider them the next time I have water or heating problems. They came out to fix my sewage problem, told me they would need to use the jetter to unclog my pipes because the other method was not working, that was fine because it needed to be fixed. After using the jetter no more than 20 minutes, telling us they used 100ft of line(showed us and it was no more than 30ft long), they told us that our pipes were collapsed and that they would need to dig them up and replace them to fix the problem. We called the city and came out this morning, they ran their jetter and my pipes are now draining fine. No replacement of anything I didnt need, and no charge. I now have a bill of over $400 with Fuller for something that did not fix my problem.

Im new to this hot humid climate having spent most of my life in the cool North. I bought an old house and continued the service contract(service every six months) for the heating and air conditioning as the prior owner. Fuller Heating, Air Conditioning service man showed up today and performed the summer service. Since I have never seen a system like this in Alaska I had lots of questions about how everything worked. As the service man worked he explained what he was doing, how the different parts of the system worked together, what I should look for and do between the maintenance visits to keep things running well. I was very pleased with the maintenance service and greatly appreciated the tollarance and professional manner all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company.

1st time using a plumbing co.... not able to do the same things I once did I reluctantly searched for a plumbing co.... I found fuller plumbing with some great reviews so I called and got an appt in a time frame that worked for us.... the techs called enroute as promised and arrived on time. on arrival I gave them the rundown of kitchen sink issues ie- doesnt drain, slow cold water flow, leak under sink, slow drain.... they assessed the plumbing from sink to drains in crawl space then came to me with a game plan and cost estimate.... I gave the go ahead and few hrs later sink is flowing and draining as it should.... the techs cleaned up after themselves.... they were very polite..... I would recommend them if you need plumbing help.....

What a joke.. i called and wanted a valve on my water heater fixed, they sent their expert pfft, he said it couldnt be fixed and wanted 1200$ plus a service fee. I called shoals MPE they had the part shipped directly to my home at no charge. They had it fixed in an hour and saved me 1100$ UPDATE .. after reading my review i was contacted by mr. Fuller and he apologized for my experience and paid for my repairs. Customer service was second to none greatly appreciated, thank you sir.

We are very thankful for our new unit! Jamie our sales rep was very detailed on the whole replacement and super nice! Ashley was very helpful on the financial end. They guys who installed the unit was on time, very professional, informed us everything they was doing and cleaned up any mess they made. Overall our experience with the company was over the top! Thank you once again for all of your help and getting our home cooled back off in the dead heat of July!

When I was renovating my house eight years ago, I went in to Fuller Heating & Air for information. I was greeted with a handshake, a smile, and a sincere helpful attitude by the owner, Randal Fuller. From the person who came to my home to give me an estimate to the men who installed my Trane heat pump, I have had nothing but good experiences with Fuller Heating & Air Conditioning! Fuller has done a great job for me, and has provided service on both my home heating and air conditioning and my three of my office units. The service is always prompt, and the tech has been good to explain all my options and how they might affect price and performance. And once the work is done, they have left everything clean.
