My parents have used this place a lot over the past few years with no issues but recently they had bad customer service. They came to work on our pool about 2 weeks ago, while working on the in ground pool they removed a light inside the pool that had worked fine for 10 years and allowed it to fill with water... it no longer worked. They said they would replace it (not for free), so when they finally got someone to come out and they were unable to fix the light. The new light they brought was left out in the rain with new box. So light was broke because of their carelessness, my parents had trouble getting someone to come out several times after being told someone was coming, and they just left the brand new equipment out in the rain. I know my parents are fair good people and it sucks that somewhere did this to them. Needless to say they arent using this place anymore.

Cavanaugh Pool & Spa were wonderful when they installed an inground pool for us in the Summer 2016. They offer excellent customer care and very professional with their work. There were no hidden costs. They worked extremely long and hot days to finish the job from beginning to end. We love our new pool! We have already recommended them to multiple people!
