Over the past 8 years since Water Witch installed our in ground pool the service has deteriorated to the point where last week we had a service call to repair a slipped liner scheduled. We were finally called several days after we requested the service call. We were told that the service was scheduled for the next day in the afternoon. No one showed up or even called with an excuse for not making the appointment. Id have to be a glutton for punishment to keep trying to work with this poorly managed business.

Water Witch Pools installed our inground pool over 16 years ago. For the past couple years we have not been able to enjoy our pool because of their lengthy response time on service calls and their inability to repair equipment. Their focus seems to be on selling more pools and chemicals than on actual customer service after the sale.

Dropped by to see what was available. Great store. Good selection. Hopkinsville area is small, but this store has a varied selection that you see in larger metropolitan areas. If you have a pool or spa, you can find almost everything you would need.
