i had a home built just over ten years ago i have had nothing but problems with it. first of all they did not build it to the dimensions he was supposed to it was built backwards the living room is 2 feet narrower also making the master above it 2 feet narrower than they should be. so my living room is very awkward and narrow difficult to do much with. the overflow drains on both the tubs upstairs were not installed. so at first whenever anyone used a tub and any water got into the overflow it came through the living room ceiling. thus leading to the sheet rock in the master needing to be cut open to repair and plumbers are not cheap. the flashing beneath the back door in my kitchen was not installed correctly. it created a funnel for all this delightful rain we get here causing the sill below the door to rot the sub flooring and the joists to rot out. this is very costly and if it had just been done right i would not be having to have major restorative work done in just over ten years of owning my home. house are supposed to last hundreds of years if built right. this was not!! the plumbing was very slow draining at first ended up getting a plumber out and the was scrap wood in the pipes that when they built the home evidently i still have several places that i havent gotten to where the Sheetrock joints are not taped. there is more but i figured i would just hit the high points. my advice to anyone is buyer beware.

Worst experience of my life we bought a home from them they did not build what we asked to include adding a gas fireplace instead of a wood burning like was stated in our contract they re did the fire place but did not add the proper step flashing so my roof leaks they covers it up with silicone to stop the leak but it goes bad due to weather they re apply and now my warranty is out of date so they rudely told me Im responsible for reparing thier mistakes they never completed there final repairs on the house my hard wood was installed inproper and have been fixed more than once my laundry room was built backwards my deck stringers rotted out and I had to replace nothing but problems and issues with my home and numerous neighbors save your money and the head ache and find someone else to build you a home!!!

Where to begin... they tried to cover up fuel spilled on the floorboards, were extremely rude while building our home, and take no pride in tyhe work they put out! As long ass Bill Mace makes a buck, he really doesnt care. They illegally join fences by building them over property lines, and charge each person for a complete fence. With so many other builders on town, dont waste your time.

They are a joke. Will tell you anything to get you to buy their house. When you buy it, they treat you like crap. They have excuses for anything and they never keep their word. The people in the office are the worse people ever. I would never recommend them to anybody. Go with another builder in this town if you know what is best.
