I just made my third visit to this establishment and they completely butchered a very simple haircut. I asked the lady to "cut it short". She immediately pulls out her electric clippers and proceeds to buzz off my hair in a few short minutes nearly down to the scalp. While I will accept responsibility for a lack of specifics on the styling, I will not accept the extremely uneven and messy job she did with her clippers. She seemed more interested in joking with her co-worker than cutting my hair. On my other visits, the wait was always exceptionally long and this place seems to operate terribly understaffed most of the time. Its priced competitively enough, but the cost isnt worth the poor job. Im probably going to have to shell out more now just to fix the damage they have done. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I just received the worst haircut of my life. I have longer hair on top and shorter on the sides. All she had to do was a simple trim...which i explained three times. Now I look like Marty McFly from Back to the Future. Ill never go back.

If you get the haircut free, itd be neat to get the VIP service, otherwise, its not worth it. Mediocre haircut. But they have cable TV, and sports stuff, so theres that.

Did fine on 1.5 on side, 4 on top. Maybe its just for "new client" but the shampoo after cut is excellet, no charge too. Military discount.
