I enjoy getting my haircut here. Its fast and convenient. My issue is with the online check in. When I check in, itll say 0 min wait time. As soon as im about to leave my house (which is 8min away) it says 15 min wait. Then when I get there, I wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Whats the point of checking in online and being 1st in line to still waiting almost a half hour in some cases? This happens every single time.

Just went in for a quick cut on Saturday - Maddy was great! She really listened to what I asked for and Im very happy with the way my hair looks. Will definitely be going back. Also - I found out that the Great Clips at Meijer and the one in the strip mall are affiliated, so if theres a long line at one location, you can hop over to the other and it can really cut down on wait times!

Terrible cut. Had my hair done by the "manager". She did not bother to clean up my neck or above my ears. She did not give me the cut I asked for and also did a piss poor shampoo. All in all Ive had better haircuts from a beauty school and they are not even licensed yet. I also agree they need more staff.

Never have had a good experience. Been three times and walked out twice due to rude staff and not enough staff
