Nancy does a fabulous job on my biracial hair! Her techniques are current and you can tell that she stays up with the trends. On top of that, I went to another location and did not have a good experience, so I called the Great Clips in Avon and explained it and they were able to fix the bad cut from the other location at no charge. This particular location in Avon also ALWAYS has the products I need and love and every time that Ive been in, the products have been buy one get one half off. All the staff is friendly and they even speak highly of their franchise owner. Nancy is an amazing asset to Great Clips of Avon!

After being greeted tonight with a huge eye roll by the woman who ended up cutting my sons hair, she intentionally cut bangs into his hair that are about a half inch from the top of his hair line. I was not charged and will never go back. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow. Unbelievable. If I could post a picture here I would.

First great clips Ive been that I had a decent experience. Kristen was great, friendly, and gave me exactly what I asked for. She knew how to work with my thick complicated hair and I will definitely see her in the future

One of your younger ladies cut my boyfriends har and its never been done so bad ever. It is completely uneven the front is cut straight cross the back was barely cut. She did a horrible job. We are not happy

Horrible hair cuts. I took my son there and they butcherd his hair. He did not get what hee wanted and it was extremly uneven. Never will I go back there.

Completely inconsistent hair cuts. Never have enough stylists working which causes extremely long waits. You get what you pay for here.
