Awful, a friend and I went to this place and he received a haircut that they messed on (new lady, of which I totally get) but when he asked for a refund, they refused. He tried being nice but this lady gave him an attitude and started mocking him. He stayed calm of which this twig gave no respect. Absolutely awful. Sorry for those kind ladies who work there, but someone has to give some sense to that lady.

Today I was there for a shampoo and dry. Every other time I was only charged $6.00. Today I was told it was going to be $45.00. Ive been going there since February and have never been charged this much!! I dont know if each stylist can charge what they want or what. I wont be back. I had a stroke and its not easy to wash my long hair. I enjoyed visiting the ladies there up until now.

My second time around there and everyone is friendly, service is also fast. I was there to bring my girls for their haircut. I really want to give it a 3.5 stars and the reason why its not four or five is because the haircut done for my girls were just pretty basic or generic which I dont mind for my them however, I am not sure if Ill go there for my haircut

I was going to go here but I called up there to make sure I knew where to go and someone continuously hung up on me over and over .. very rude especially for a business who wants customers and from the reviews cant afford to lose anymore just put me off and will not go here they just lost two customers

App for online sign-in doesnt work...you may still have to wait. Pointless. Haircuts are you get what you pay for. For those who have given up on appearances in life, this is your place. If you still have self-esteem then avoid at all costs.

They tried to say I put 10$ in the tip line on my receipt, and they gave me an attitude when I showed them that I crossed out the tip line. The only tip Id ever give them is to be more professional and welcoming of customers.

Dont rely on their website to let you know how busy they are. Check on line and there was 0 minutes wait. Drove 5 minutes to salon and there is actually a 45 minute wait. Said thanks but no thanks.

The app works fine for me. Im usually in & out in no time. They put the style cut you prefer in the computer so almost any stylist can service you but Kathy is the bomb!

Stylist didnt speak english very well so I didnt get the cut that I described to her.. give it six months to grow out and I wil try somewhere else
