I brought my 5 year old daughter to get her hair cut before she started kindergarten. She went with a stylist in the first station on the left (she had a bar piercing through her nose) and she started inspecting my daughters hair immediately. She loudly discussed with another stylist that she thought she saw a lice nit and dramatically looked for like, 5 minutes straight. I had my baby with me and I was walking him around at the front of the store because he got fussy. The woman brought my daughter to the front and (very loudly) told me that she didnt actually see a nit but because she wasnt sure, she couldnt cut her hair. Which, I totally understand. Then she told me how to treat it and was trying to sell me a $50 lice kit. Which was nice and all but she was SO LOUD and people were staring at us and moving away from us. I was so embarrassed and my daughter was too. I immediately left and bought a kit elsewhere and treated her hair multiple times. I didnt find a single egg or nit. While I respect that she couldnt cut her hair because she suspected lice, I was super embarrassed in the way she handled the situation. She was entirely too loud and made the whole ordeal public when it should have been handled privately. Im afraid I wont be going back.

My hair turned out awful. I asked for a simple trim. About 1/2" off.. That was it. And my hair is now an uneven hot mess. Brooke took a good chunk out on the left side. I was nervous to begin with, She was very unprofessional looking; faded multi colored hair and trashy clothes. Really? I went to Fantastic Sams in the Kroger shopping center and they fixed my hair and gained a new client! Bottom Line.. Great Clips is ghetto and your hair will be ghetto too!

Ive been going to various Great Clips for years, Ive always been on file with the same haircut style but yet they can never get it right and I have to tell them when they think they are done that theyre not finished, that you need to trim up here or fix this and theyre always forgetting something

My husband had his hair cut there today , it was terrible , the stylist said she had not cut hair in 3 years or more , she had NO idea how to use electric clippers. ... further more she BURNED my husbands neck!! He will go to GC In Lebanon from NOW ON !!! :O

I have been several times and the last time I was blessed by having Val cut my hair. She did an excellent job and I pray that she will be available next visit. If not, I will gladly wait. She is worth it. Not to mention very personable.

I asked if they can do a low taper fade so I asked for a 4 to a 1 and she gave me a 2 on the sides and back and I asked if she could do the back of top shorter than the front and she just trimmed it

lisa was mad at someboudy or something, she sure took it out on me for reasons unkown. 5hrs later i still have araised red line on the back of my neck.lucky to have both ears left, lost my business

Luck of the draw. Had 5 or 6 great cuts. Today, in one snip, i left with something embarrassing. It will take at least 3 months before its long enough to fix. Never cried over hair until today.

Went in to cut off my long hair and donate it to Wigs for Kids. Katie was a great help and had me looking nice again with a high and tight. My son likes going there also to get his haircuts.

Friendly staff and they really do care about getting it right. Many of the stylist have been there for a long time. The facilities could use a little updating.
