The women and man there were nice, but...Im very picky with my sons and my hair so I was standing next to my son while she.was cutting his hair asking to fix it..she got a little testy.. then I asked her to fix his bangs ..so she just clipped them from the side not evn trying to make it straight.. told me I had to be like that because of the widows peak.. like come on what is that..?.. maybe its just not a good place for Manor boys to go to but they just didnt seem to care about their hair cutting techniques.. art.. whatever you wanna call it.. they just didnt seem to have any care about what they were doing or how it our hair cuts came out.. they were not very professional at all.. I still give them a tip but I will not be going there again. men and boys in their sons need to stick to going to a barber shop period !!!!

I have to say we love great clips in Shelbyville TN. I had a bad experience there several years ago but went back and have been with them ever since. There are two women there that keep us coming back and our girls absolutely love them and today just reinforced why we keep going back. I think should the day come that these ladies leave.... Great clips will lose their best ones. I pray that doesnt happen any time soon.

took my son for a haircut. only signed the receipt. Vanity took it upon herself to give herself a 5 $ tip off of my card. and I usually tip of the service is good but only with cash. I just so happen not to have a bit of cash on me that day. that is theft and fraud. will never go back

The worst hair cut Ive ever had. I ask Rebecca if she knew how to do the hair cut I liked. "Im good at those" she said. She shouldnt touch clippers. Im now sitting at the barber shop paying for another cut to fix what she done.

We llike Great Clips a lot when Joels there.We love the way he cuts hair. Very professional.Some of the women who answer the phone are rude.They always sound so frustrated and angry that someone calls.

Quality of cut varies wildly. Manager is rude an ineffective. Staff churn very high. After 6 visits, will not return.
