If I could give less then 1 star I would. I went in yesterday for my first time. I have heard people talk about this place and thought I would give it a try. The moment I walked in the door I noticed a lot of people waiting and 2 people cutting hair. I would of had no problem waiting. But as soon as one of the ladies saw me she told me to sign in and also told me its a 40 minute wait. I know that doesnt sound bad but she was very very rude while saying it. Like she was mad that I came in. I then asked her what time they closed and she said 8. I told her I would probably come back and once again very rudely she told me that I BETTER come back before 730 if I wanted a haircut. I turned around and left. I will never go back there. That was the worse first experience I have ever had. I have been going to great clips and they will continue to get my business. At least I am welcomed there. This is my first review of any place. I dont do this kind of thing but I felt like this was ness. Sports clips has lost my business and anyone I may know. Also if anyone asks me about this place I will tell them my experience and advise them not to go.

I came in to get my haircut and I knew it would be busy, being a Friday night. When I came in I was not greeted or even acknowledged. There were at least 5 employees and about 6 people waiting to get service. You would think that being an hour before close they would try and help everyone as quickly as possible; that was not the case. Update: After experiencing the whole VIP package for free and I now love my haircut. Suzy was amazing and completely changed my mind about this place. She turned a bad experience into an awesome one. Thanks Suzy! Youre awesome!

I tried. I really did. Even after the lady didnt put her guard on right and basically shaved me bald to fix it I kept going but this location has went so far down hill Im done. After sitting through constant and long waits during peak hours with only 1 or 2 staff on hand and watching the staff engage each other in casual conversation while customers are waiting I finally left.

Came in 4:40. Close at 5. Turned away because of an hour wait. There was one kid waiting with three stylists working. Told them to have a good night even though I wanted to be rude. Wasnt even apologized to or asked to book another day. Just silence. Would at least like to have been acknowledged or had a little sympathy? Guess Ill cut my own hair.

Prices are little high, the girls that work there are nice and cut,fade anything really!! A lot of Big tvs with different kinds of sports playing, I really liked that the staff that works here talk to you about sports and actually know some stuff if your conversation leads that way definitely thumbs up!! But they do need lower prices

They cut my sons hair really good. Only problem I have is there prices. $18 for a simple cut is a little steep. Luckily he doesnt need a haircut as often as I do. I will stay with my local Barber but will continue to take my son here.

Susie has been cutting my hair for several years and I have yet to have a complaint. She does the best job of any barber/stylist Ive been to in 20 years. I also recommend Amanda and Laura as well.
