I needed my hair colored and went to Head Start in Alabaster. After 3 hours in the salon, I left with hair 3 different colors. The stylist had grabbed red instead of brown. I was charged $53, and told to come back and it would be corrected. I had the flu and then went out of town. I then decided it would be best for the hair color to "wash out" so that my hair was a more even color. When I returned for my coloring, I was told that I was not due a complimentary hair color. This is ridiculous. I washed my hair many times, sat in the sun, and went to a wedding with Tri-colored hair. I just want my money back. Do not use this salon!

My wife went to this place for a hair coloring. The stylist made an honest mistake and she wound up with three different colors - it was pretty bad. He did his best to fix it, charged $53 and offered her a free coloring later to make up for the mistake. She went back when she could and the manager refused to honor the offer of a free coloring. The managers refusal was worse than the original mistake. This seems to be a bad company.

Sharon and Cheryl have been cutting my hair since my son was 2. He is now 26 and I will not get my hair done anywhere else! These ladies are sweet, kind, friendly and really know how to take care of my hair. I would never even consider using anyone else. I know that my hair will always look great after a visit here. They are truly a blessing to me. Loyal customer for life! :-)
